    I'll do my best to use proper grammar. I'm used to short hand because of texting etc...
    I've been reading through much of this and I must say, this looks very promising. I tried extenze(like a retard) and was finagled out of a few hundred bucks. Something ive found in life that has become constant for me is this(especially with quick fix problems in todays world with weight loss, penis enlargement, etc...):anything worth having never comes easily. I think thats why this site has caught my attention. It doesnt offer quick fix soultions. It offers a real solution that you have to actually WORK for. This seems much more plausible when considering enhancing that certain organ vs. quick fix pills they shove in our faces on television. I'm merely stumbled upon this site while running a search in google for, "what could happen to my sperm count if I stop masturbating?" The story behind that is long, and now having stumbled here, an issue i'm no longer concerned with. I'm glad to have found this community and look forward to communicating with you all. I do, however, have 2 questions.

    When you go to the gym and do curls and bench press, you can see great gains in your arms an biceps. Many hardcore bodybuilders can even go years working out(with out steroids), get huge, but once they stop working out, they will lose much of their muscle mass. So my 1st questions is this:

    1) Say I do PE for 3 years, reach my desired length and girth and stop doing it, will I keep the gains ive worked so diligently to achieve?

    2) I would like begginers suggestions on stretches, routines, any tips you may have, etc...

    I'm totally open and cant wait to get my routine started. I just dont know which one to go with yet. I also understand different routines cater to different people. We are all different and unique. I guess what I'm asking for is simply advice and your routines and experiences learned. Things that worked, didnt work, ect...

    Lastly, I read about the "kegel" and correct me if i'm wrong, but the "kegel" is when you basically flex your penis, yes? Or like, if you're in a 50% erect state and you "kegel", you can sort of make your penis "jump around" or "dance"? I'm not trying to be funny or anything, I promise. I'm just ttrying to gain a full understanding of the word and the excercise. Again, I apologize for any grammar errors. Glad to be here. Thanks.

    First of all welcome and about your questions:

    2) My suggestion would be to start slowly, no need to rush, pick a lightweight routine, for example:

    First week 1 day - 2 days off

    8 min warm-up
    5 min Basic stretches (left, right, up, down, straight with 20 quick kegels each hold)
    7 min Wet-Jelqs (2-3 second stroke at 50%-70% erect)
    5 min warm-down

    after the first week change to 2 days - 1 day off and do
    10 min warm up
    10 min basic stretches (change to 25 quick kegel hold)
    10 min wet jelqs (change to 4-5 second strokes)
    10 min warm down

    this is my suggestion, I had a good start of PE and accommodation starting like that.

    Hello! welcome to PEGym!

    As for keeping your gains, there is something (like irhere2grow stated) called a maintenance phase. It lasts a few months after you acheived your goal. After that, similar to your biceps example, all you have to do is use them. In the case of PE, all you have to do is have erections (long ones, not 4 minutes) and you keep the size.

    Kegals are another interesting topic: You are correct in identifying these muscles as you have, but to be sure you really have it, do this:

    Next time you urinate, stop the urine stream before your bladder is empty. *ding* that is a kegal. Now, when you resume peeing, push harder to force more urine out faster -- and that is a reverse kegal.

    As for what routine: Stick with JP's 90-day beginner routine. No sense in re-inventing the wheel. JP's routine is tried and true.

    It seems that you've got the good state of mind that'll allow you to safely and successfully enlarge your penis. I want to thank you for making the effort to use proper writen english.

    Having read through some more, I have a few more questions and then I will oblige in telling some about myself.

    First question/concernand I feel a bit silly about this) I've known about the kegel most of my life, I just didnt know it had a name. When I kegel now, my brain doesnt know how to focus the contraction, so when I do it my anus contracts as well. I've always found that muscles used when stopping urination or pinching off a loaf(again, not trying to be stupid or funny)go hand in hand. Is there a way to train myself to focus the contraction on just my penis? Can anyone else relate to this? If I cant focus the contraction, am I still doing it right? Also, I can hold a kegel for quite some time. JP's 90 day routine suggests that I shouldnt be able to, so really I'm thinking that I'm not doing it right, or i'm getting the muscles confused and can't tell when the penis contraction has released, but my anus is still contracted. And to add, I've also noticed the muscles between the bottom part of my testicles and my anus contract as well(some call it the "taint" i believe, but I dont know if that's an actual term). It's like a big group of muscles all contract at the same time. I even thought about trying to hold in an ejaculation to see if my kegel is what I think it is. So anything on that subject would be wonderful.

    My second question/concern: Midasman just told me about the reverse kegel as well. Is this something I should incorporate in my warm up/warm down? When doing kegels throughout the day, should I incorporate them?

    Third question/concern: I've noticed several of you have your stats as tags underneath each post, how do I add this?

    Now a bit about me: I'm 25, and just recently got out of a long term relationship. Sex was rarely good WHEN we had it. I always had a lingering feeling that she was never satisfied with the size of my penis. Last time i measured which was you guys would call NBPEL, I believe I'm right about 6 inches, but my girth is nothing to show and tell about, and I've never measured before(will be taking my first measurements tonight so I can get started!!). I'd say about as big around as a half dollar coin? I'm not sure. Anyways. at one point in our relationship during an argument, I yelled at her to just admit she wished I was bigger. Sadly, she obliged and replied with "yes, sometimes I wish you were!!". This was a crushing blow to my ego. I've probably never been the same since then. I tried the pills they shove out on television and had no success of course. So for a long time, I just figured I had to learn to be happy with what God had given me. Then night before last, just messing around on google, I found hope. So here I am, and I'm about to go do my first work-out and take my beggining measurements. It makes me very happy to see a group of men who have found a REAL solution to an on-going problem in todays world. I'm willing to put in the work.     -Edit- Oh!! Lastly, can someone better explain the "o.k. grip" JP's workout says "palm down", but in order to place my palm down I have to flip my hand so my thumb is facing my belly button. Is this correct?

    1. 2. I think that you have kegels right. Not everyone can dissociate the front kegel (penis) and the back kegel (anus): this requires time and experience but according to our specialist here Pegasus, it's still alright if you do both.
    The main interest of kegels reside in their ability to cure premature ejaculation. It often comes from an imbalance in the muscles of the pelvic floor and practicing kegels and reverse kegels can help you to restore the balance. Here are interesting reads about this:

    Thanks for sharing your story. Your starting length is above average but you really messed up by asking your girlfriend to tell you something that you should've known would have deeply hurt you... Fortuantely this place is of great help to regain confidence in yourself and your penis. Remember that sex isn't only about penis size and about having a good technique and knowing how to use your fingers and tongue.     Thank you very much normal guy. I do agree with what you said about asking my x that. I was only asking for trouble. I now just call it a lesson learned.

    I've been a part of a few groups before with forums and such, and I think I sort of introduced myself and got some great tips and links. So, if I'm not mistaken, this is where I let this thread die. So I just wanted to throw in one more thank you for advice and suggestions. No more need to reply. I'll take any other questions/concerns I have to the other forums.
