Hello to every man that loves himself,
I m new to PE -not that new because i bought an ADS before two years and with no guide for PE i gave up because i saw only
flaccid gains which i was not interested in..
So i descovered pegym ************* *************and see the light! It s true, finally! Erect gains do exist.. I m so happy, but also so confused..
I started exactly a month ago with DLD's first routine from MOS 3/1off 2/1off , untill today that i discovered JP's 90 newbie routine, which has the best reviews and probably IS the best.
Should i go from DLD's to JP's for one more month and then go to a more advanced with ADS or should i stick with DLD's?
I think DLD's is a little more intense than JP's although it has no V-jelqs in.
Please help me.. Sorry for my English, i m foreigner!

with DLD's then I suggest you stick with it. They are both intense newbie routines, DLD's more intense though probably.
However, I've used both and gained. Seeing as length seems to be your priority, stick with DLD's, and don't jelq at his recommended erection level (80%). If you jelq at a lower erection level it is much safer and more focused on length.
Have you moved up to the full 600 jelqs yet?Foreskins are friends.

How did u use them both?Can i do it? I d like to do some helicopters shakes and v-jelqs
Exactly at 30 days of this routine and no, i havent move up to 600 jelqs, i m at 150jelqs. i thought it s better to move up with slower pace.Last edited by brana; 04-30-2011 at 07:13 AM.

No, I didn't do both at the same time, I started with a shortened version JP's a long time ago when I first started. Now I use the stretch portion from DLD's newbie routine, and sometimes jelq.
Starting lower is a very good idea, if you're gaining with a lower amount of jelqs then stick with it, or increase by a few more each week.
You can try a few V jelqs instead of some of your regular ones to see how you like them.
Helicopter shakes aren't really exercises, they're just to get blood flowing back into the glans after cutting it off somewhat when you're stretching. You can use thigh slaps or anything similar.

I ll stick with DLD's and gradually add some v-jelqs .In 60days i ll ask about a more specific routine.

welcome chief. yeh it works alright, i notice a big difference after a month.
August 2012 bpel 7'' X 5 1/2 '' girth
Goal 9 or 10 inches X 6'' girth
