New to the Gym
I'm new to this, but hoping it works. I'm not too familiar with the terminology, but my size is a little over 5.
I'm not satisfied with that and I'm pretty sure some of the women I've been with weren't either. I also hope to gain stamina as well and gain consistent erections. My sex life is spent turning women down because I'm ashamed of myself. If I had the size to go with my looks life would be pretty good at least in the sex department. Hopefully I can get some words of wisdom "so to speak". Feel free to hit me up because I need it..

I really like to have the new folks have a look at the beginners checklist. The Beginner's Penis Enhancement Checklist Five inches is just a little under average, your size is not a good reason to turn down sex. Bigger you can get with time and effort.

Welcome to the gym. unita is correct, dont turn it down, never ever. Your size will never be what makes you good or bad at sex, it is just a bonus, hope you enjoy it here.

i have started pe 10 days ago....i do all exercises but everytime while doing i just get negative thoughts that says it wont grow.....
am so depressed... i cant live with size i have .....i just want to be in average range .. need 1.5 inches to be avg.. its a shame to tell you all that i have a small penis ...4.3 inches only when erect.... i just cry everytime i see it .... if there is something i want to change about myself then that is definitely my penis size..... i dont know whether i will succeed or not.... i have given a timeline of 1 year ... if i dont see any changes after that i am gonna quit it ... and probably die toooo....
does anyone feel the same way as i do????
