hello im new to the site i love every thing iv read so far
i am 19 im still growing i read somewhere it wont stop growing till im 21 so i thout i should help my lil friend out
i am 4.1" long from the base and 5" around im not sure how good it is
i thout i was alot smaller then i am im fat so i think that has alot to do with it iv been diteing and eating better lost 20 pounds so far
no i wanna make my lil buddy into my big buddy so i can make the ladys happyer
i was hopeing someone would tell me what to start with im leaveing for job corps soon wont be able to get online offten like maybe once a month so i have to stock up on stuff to do
im also a virgin and masterbait alot idk if thats bad if you say masterbait makes it not grow ill never do it again

Hey SD Welcome to the GYM. That is great that you have already lost 20 pounds, good job.
Start out slow and easy, try not to over do it and in no time you will have the BIG buddy you want.
This is a great site with very helpful people, so feel free to ask questions; it's the only way to learn.

my goal isnt like 12" or nothing ill be fine with a 7" hell ill take a 6" im just below adv right now

I say start slowly, no need to rush:
First week: 1day on-2days off
10 min warm-up
Basic Stretches (up, straight, down, left, right with 25 quick Kegels each stretch hold)
5 min Wet-Jelqs (3-4 sec stroke in beginning no need to struggle for 5-6 sec, you will master your technique better and do longer strokes, at 45%-60% erect)
10 min warm-down or 20 min Edging(= masturbation without ejaculating, so try not to ejaculate)
After the first week and accommodation, do a minor change to your routine, like: 2days on- 1 day off
10 min warm-up
Basic Stretches (you can keep doing the same or do 3 sets instead of 1)
10 min Wet-Jelqs (4-5 sec stroke at 45%-60% erect)
10 min warm-down or 20 Edging
I did very similar and had success, I wouldn't recommend that if I didn't knew for sure it will work, also try to eat as natural as you can and sleep good(don't lose nights) be consistent and believe in your routine and I doubt you wont succeed, I hope I helped, good luck.Start(Feb/19)
