Hey everyone.
I'd heard about PE quite some time ago from a friend, but never gave it much thought. I guess I was accommodated. Then again, I didn't have a very active sex life, so I didn't care much.
Recently, though, I've stumbled into some ED problems. Happened 3 times, with 3 different girls, on the first date. Might've been nervousness, too much alcohol, too much porn-watching or plain lack of attraction. Point is, I've decided to take control of the situation, and have it either stop happening or happen a lot less.
I'm not a big guy penis wise, but I'm pretty sure that what I have is more than enough to satisfy most girls. So my goals are the following, in the following order:
1) harder, longer and more consistent erections on demand.
2) ejactulation control
3) more girth
4) flaccid volume (girth + length)
5) more length
I've read quite a lot around here the past hours and I'm currently looking to find a good beginner's program consistent with my goals.
Any help is welcome. I'm gonna go out and buy some good lube today, and I'll start a journal as soon as I take the initial measurements and do the first workout.
