So i been on this website many times before in search of increasing my size. Today i finally decided to make my account.
Ive decided that im gonna start off with the 90 day beginner routine. So far im understanding the whole routine excpet for one part. Im not sure what a "V jelq" is and how the proper way to perform this exercise. i read the instructions on the thread and im confised. Ive used the search function to try and find instructional videos and i am having a hard time. So here are a few questions i have.
1) How to do a v jelq.
2) because my LOT is at 6;00, does that mean i wont have major gains? or will it just take long?
3) I am also Filipino, because i am Asian, will i have small gains only?
here are my measurements.
6.2 BPEL
4.5 EG at mid shaft.
My long term goal is 7 BPEL and 5-5.5 girth.

I'm glad that you stopped by and made an account. Here are some answers to your questions:

2) Disregard the LOT. It's a theory essentially useful to hangers and, though it's said that men with a low LOT are slow gainers, I'm not sure that this is really the case... In any cases, your LOT is what it is so if you want a bigger penis, work for it and you'll gain.
3) These are stereotypes that you shouldn't believe: if you stick to it, are consistent and work hard, you'll gain, and possibly more than you thought possible...

thanks guys. yea i tried those links u sent me Normalguy but they dont work. and i have one last question if you guys can answer it really quick. Am i supposed to do the begginer routine everyday for 90 days or do i have to have rest days in between?

welcome to the gym. My lot is at 6 oclock as well and I seem to be making gains just fine and being Asain will not affect your gains, your technique and dedication will affect your gains, good luck and enjoy.
