Okay, I do not really know where to post this so for now I am posting it here. If anyone knows where I should post, please let me know. This could also be used to workout, if you are into working out your body too. I hope everyone is very happy with this post. I came across this article online called Kaatsu Training by Layne Norton. Google this...Kaatsu Training by Layne Norton and read it. It actually makes totally perfect sense, if you are aware of how your body responds to certain stimulus. I am very surprised how in the dark the world is about this type of training. I have been lifting for 6 years off and on since I was 14 and no one has ever heard of it!! Very suprising for me.
