    Hello Gentlemens and Ladies,
    I'm Jinx, a 18 year old greenhorn ( well.. atleast in PE)..
    I'm dedicated to get a bigger penis, like all here :b
    Well.. *sighs*.. i'm not well endowed.. like.. a PBEL of 5,11 Inch (sitting, standing a bit bigger)
    Although its funny that my GE is the same.. 5,11 Inch :b
    Nothing the less i'm damn motivated.. My "dream" Goal is like.. 8,5"x6,5" (Possible? I dont know..)
    Altough i think that stats like 6"x6" are possible and i will work toward them.

    Any tips?
    Motivating words?
    Suggestion for mine training or a whole exercise regimen?
    I'm very thankfull for any help.

    Every Skyscraper starts with the first brick and i just did the first step, with that post. :b

    Start out by doing a lot of reading and then move on to JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine.

      Thank you, Mister! I've already did some researching, i knew about PE even when i was like.. 16?
      Once i read a article that said: "Do not practice PE until you are 18."
      Well i waited till i'm 18, now i'll step on the gas!

                  Safety First, ofcourse.
                  But i have a question.. the LOT Theory.. i just dont understand it completly
                  All i have to do to find mine LOT is to strech mine penis down, kegel, streight, kegel, up, kegel.
                  If i always feel or see a movement of mine penis, does that mean that i have a LOT of 12? ó_ó
                  And if thats correct, its a good sign..?

                    These days most people don't believe in the LOT theory and you don't want to either. For example when i first began PE i worked out my LOT to be 6 which is supposed to make me an hardgainer.. but 6 months after i first began PE i've gained 0.75" in length so that proves the LOT theory isn't to be taken notice of.

                        Thanks! My advice is, just be consistent with your PE training and always be happy with any small gains...cos they'll eventually add up to be big gains.

                          *grins* I would be happy about any gains, but lets wait and drink tea until i get some.

                          Another question:
                          My small theory about gains.. Basicly Testestoron is the hormone for growth, right?
                          So.. do sports.. and you get even better gains?

                            Sorry i'm not an expert as to why the penis enlarges.. but this thread is an interesting thread which gives you a good theory has to how the penis enlarges through PE.

                              Another question.. Can i do as much Kegels as i want or can per day? Or would that be counted as "overtrained"?
