Hi all..
So why am I here?
A few days ago I measured myself and my NBPEL was 7.0 with a girth of 5.5 inches. While I I realize I'm on the average to above average in size I also realize I lost an inch in NBPEL and half an inch in girth since I last measured myself and that was when I first started dating my wife seven years ago. I use to do some PE before I met my wife but got lazy about it after we met. While I had no methodology (having no known resource at the time to to go for this) I use to exercise my penis fairly regularly.
I've gained about 30 lbs since I first married and lost 10 lbs since I started going back to the gym two months ago. So part of my lost in NBPEL could also be attributed to me gaining weight and having a little extra padding.
As a result and afters six years off marriage our sex life has slowly declined. Don't get me wrong my wife is great and she has never complaint. However, she doesn't reach orgasm as frequently as before and now sometimes needs a little "manual" help to finish. While she is fine with this it's not ok with me.
I also have decreased sex drive and a hard time reaching orgasm during sex but the exercise and healthy diet has help in this department.
What are my goals?
1)Regain my length and girth maybe in time built upon that. Hopefully 8+ in NBPEL with 6 + in girth erect
2)Increase my desire for sex
3)Reach orgasm more easily for both my wife and I.
three days ago I started JP 90 day routine. I've also started edging when I have enough privacy. Below are my baseline measurements:
7.0' NBPEL / 8.0 PBEL
LOT: mildly at 6:00 While my tug was as strong at other positions I still had a fairly measurable tug at 6:00
5.5 EG (around the middle part of my penis)
Thank you and any advice and guidance is appreciated.Last edited by hiwhatsup; 07-08-2011 at 12:15 PM.

I strongly suggest that you start a log thread on the Progress Forum. It will help keep you organized and motivated.

@Pirate:
I could pretty much get an erection when I need it. The only times I've had performance issues was when either I drank to much or I'm overly anxious because of something going on in my life. Those are the only times I've had a difficult time getting an erection stiff enough for penetration. Once I am in the mood my erections are usually 80% to 100%. During sex about 75% of the time I stay hard throughout. The other quarter of the time my erection drops to about 50% to 75%. However, usually refocusing and and finding a better and more stimulating position gets me back up and hard within seconds.
I also find that sex is more gratifying when my erections are at 80% to 90% vs a a full 100%. When my penis is too stiff I find that almost has a numbing effect and that is when I have a hard time reaching orgasm.
I also don't initiate sex as much as use too. I use to either need to have sex or masturbate at least once or twice a day. Now only once or twice a week and I'm only 32 years old.

@mystic wolf
Yes I was smaller before I did PE. Thus why I started. I probably did PE for year 4 to 5 times a week for about a year and a half to two years. Looking at the info that is available now I'm lucky I didn't seriously hurt myself. Some of the routines I did seem archaic in comparison. However, despite my ignorance I did see noticeable gains during that time. I don't know exactly how big I was but I can safely say I was smaller than I am now even with the girth and length loss. A good guess would probably put me in around 5.0 inches in girth and between 6.0 to 6.5 inches NPBEL.
The loss in in girth and length was gradual so it kind of crept up on me. The big reason it stood out to me is when my wife pulled a "clone-a-wiley" of me during sex that we created 6 years ago and she didn't say anything but we both notice a very obvious difference in size in comparison to my penis. This is what prompted me to measure myself again later that night.

You should let your wife in on PE after awhile! I've heard that other members have done it and their partners enjoy watching
Good luck with your gains bud!

Welcome
It's good to read that even after seven years of not PEing you have still retained at least 50% of your gains. I think that's a pretty good return. A lot of us are unsure of whether these gains are permanent if you stop PEing. Your experience gives me a little more confidence that a guy can keep a lot of his gains, if he doesn't want to PE all of his life.
