    Hi All,

    As a quick intro I'm going alot of self improvement. I've dropped from 280 lbs (super fat) to 220 lbs in the last six months and I'm still working on getting ripped. In the mean time I'd also like to go from average to above average. My details are below:

    BPEL: 6.5 inches
    EG: 4 7/8 inches

    My initial goals are to get to 7 inches and 5.25 inches in girth. I'm gonna track my progress here and hopefully give some other people some motivation. Anyone have any idea what the average time it is to get a 1/2 inches in length and a 1/4 inch in girth. Any advice would be great.

    Oh time is a bad thing with pe. We usually have a little gnome that comes around and bites you on the ankles when a member asks a time question. See you must be new; the other members that have been bitten by the time gnome know not to ask about time anymore. You see things happen in pe when they happen. No one really knows but what is known is the sooner you start the sooner you will see gains. Why not go over to the beginners section and start with JP's 90 workout. It's the only way to start. Welcome to the gym and feel free to ask questions and post as much as you like. Yea, and watch for the time gnome; he's already read your post and they seem to know where people live. It doesn't hurt...much!
