Hello and thanks for the great forum and resources available here.
I am a 24 year old guy who has decided to completely rework my entire persona and life. I went from being a multi-sport Varsity All Star in high school to an overweight loser in only a few years. I went from an extremely fit 175 lbs and able to run a mile in almost 5 minutes, to a flabby 215 and barely able to finish a mile. I had no friends, was broke, and was as depressed as ever.
However I made a decision to fix all of that. Since then I have lost 50 lbs and am getting back to my high school shape. With that weight loss I have actually seen gains in penis length, obviously due to removing the fat that covered part of it. That slight realization has fueled me to add yet another aspect of my personal makeover. I'm not embarrassed to admit that right now I'm only about 4.5" L (without pushing to the bone. Do most people here post lengths based on pushing into the pubic bone, or just the skin?) and looking to get somewhere near an average 5.5"-6". I've learned over the past year to stop worrying, stop blaming others, stop blaming myself, and to stop being embarrassed abut my shortcomings. The moment I did that, those shortcomings started to go away, and I am determined for that to be the case here.

Ok I did more official starting measurements last night before my first workout.
BP: 3.5"
BPEL: 5"
EG: 5"
I hadn't ever measured girth, but always assumed I was smaller than average. I was glad to see that I was in the average range.

That's a fanstastic story abouth your weight loss and getting your life back. Take a look at the begginers forum and get onto a routine ASAP so you can get that penis of yours conditioned.
