  • Hello from a new member!!!

    Hello all,

I havent heard of this forum before I begin penis exercises. I am really glad that I found such a sophisticated community here.

I have been doing penis exercises for 7 months... I have used pills along with jelq exercises for the first 3 month period . I felt that pills only worked to increase my flaccid size. I am getting useful results only from jelqing.

I am not quite sure if I'm doing jelqing routines correctly. Maybe you can help me out here
I warm up in the shower for a few minutes under hot water. (As hot as I can endure) Than I use hair cream for a good and constant lubrication. Oil is making it too slickery for me. I feel comfortable pushing the penis base with left hand fingers and using right hand thumb and index finger to jelq.

Here are my questions if you can answer...
    1. I need to push or hold my penis base to jelq longer but i havent seen such a thing on videos I have seen. Is this normal?

    2. When I begin jelqing, I was feelnin the pressure and I was having red spots on penis head and even on the shaft. They were healing quickly though. I was feeling that my technique was correct. Within 2 months I wasnt able to achive red spots on shaft, and after 5-6 months after begining jelqing I am not even able to see red spots on penis head anymore... Since it was an indication for me that I can achieve enough blood pressure in, now I wonder why cant I have those red spots anymore. Do you think that my technique has gotten worse or my penis has developped ?

    Thanks in advance

Because your cock has adjusted to the exercises. Eventually, depending on the exercises, the indications you will get (barring injury) is the actual growth itself.

          What's up 7

Dude, you kinda messed me up over here.

          1. You shouldn't be holding, you should be pulling with both hands alternatively.
          2. Red spots aren't an indication that you're doing it right. Quite the opposite.

Yes indeed. While one hand holds, other one performs jelqing and than hands switch...

I heard that red spots are normal. Arent they?

              1. Correct
              2. The red spots are the tell-tale result of tiny blood vessels rupturing within due to the pressure exerted. Blood is being forced in with no place to go out, so these tiny vessels pop. Look at it as minuscule hemorrhages. Nothing to be overly concerned with as they heal quickly. The absence of these "red spots" indicates that the blood vessels are strengthening/thickening and therefore able to absorb more blood hence taking you on the right path in your routine; toward your goal.

If you are seeing results, then you're doing the right thing. Bruises are a sign that something isn't right. No need to deliberately look for them. Keep them as far away from your tool as possible.
