Welcome, uli's are an advance exercise and you shouldn't do them before PE'ing for 3 months at the least unless you want to be injured. Also warming up for 10 minutes should be the minimum time, it's the most important part of the routine. Everything seems fine now but then if you get an injury it will set you back weeks(or even months)

Listen to Steve23. Be careful as well, it's easy to get carried away with PE, especially when you're seeing resutls. Take it one step at a time and you'll do fine.The biggest risk you can take in life is not to take any risks at all.

I heat up for 15 minutes with a wheat bag.
My advice to add to the above is to keep an eye on your physiological indicators.
