    Hi,
    I'm div. 1 athlete (football). At first i thought PE was a joke but i am really trying to take it serious and reach my goals. My unit isn't small but I wouldnt call it big daddy either. I'm looking for good length gains and solid girth gains. I jelq when I can and my erection at times looks healthier but others the same. Just could be from the swelling that it looks bigger. It's been about 2-3 weeks and I'm still going to keep pushing. Motivation Needing.

    Welcome! Once you see nice gains after a few months you'lll be motivated. Most important is to not rush things because with PE rushing =/= faster gains.

      Hey man. Nothing is going to happen in 2 weeks except maybe some EQ improvement. Gaining takes time and patience and if you have these things this will work for you. Make sure you are warming up properly and taking it easy. The first 3 months should be about conditioning and after that you can focus on a routine that will benefit you most.               Welcome to the Gym KC410- PE is no joke! Stick with it and you will gain!
              To me, there is no shame in PE. It's no different than when guys first began to lift weights/bodybuild and it was a fringe thing. Now it's mainstream.
