  • About to start!

    hey guys,im just about to start PE,can u guys give me some advice for whats best for starting and for fastest gains,types of exercises,how much and how long to do them daily,how long to rest etc. thanks for the help in advance!!

    Starting:9-8-2011
    BPEL: 8 in.
    MEG: 6.25 in.
    BPFL: 6.5 in.
    FL: 5.5 in.
    BPFLS: 9 in>(!!)

    11-3-2011:
    BPEL: 8.562 in. (8+9/16)
    MEG: 6.375 in.
    NBPEL: 7.75

      Me too! I started yesterday. So this is day 2.
      Start: FL 5.1", BPEL 7.4", MEG 5"-5.25"
      Current: FL 5.25", BPEL 7.75", BPFSL 8.6", MEG 5.75"
      Goal: BPEL 9", MEG 6"

        Take Grendel08's advice and check those links and then start with JP90.
        Start slow and easy and do not squeeze too hard, focus on health and not gains at first.

          My advice....read, read, and read some more...the forums, the exercises, the routines...start out slow and listen to your body. Best of luck in your PE efforts!
          To me, there is no shame in PE. It's no different than when guys first began to lift weights/bodybuild and it was a fringe thing. Now it's mainstream.

              Welcome to the PE Gym. You have been given some strong advice, read and learn. Please read this link, Fast Penis Enlargement - There Isn't Such a Thing Sorry to be a killjoy, but gains take time. Your penis health must come first.
