    Hi all. I am on my third day of my jelq routine. I am dating a girl now that had a previous bf who was hung. Infact we started having sex maybe one week after they stopped. After fucking him for 1.5 years, he stretched her out...so she says, and she now is doing kegels for me. So I have been extra motivated to "beef" myself up for her. I have read quite a bit on jelqing. I am currently following jonbops beginners routine. I think that's his name. He's a member on this forum. Im going to give it six weeks. I really hope to see at least minimal gains.

    Im mainly interested in girth right now. I would like to hit 5.5" by the end of this year. My overall minimal goal is 8" NBPEL and 6" girth. My BPEL seems to be maybe only .5" longer than my NBPEL. I have virtually no fatpad and am very lean.

    My ex of 12 years was about 5'3" and maybe 130 lbs. She was pretty small and my penis' length was sometimes too much for her. My new girl is 5'11" and 200 lbs. So her pussy is probably larger. It feels tight enough to me, but I suppose she is used to more pressure...although she says it's getting tighter everyday. I just want to help the process along.

    Give it the whole 3 months! Also read up about safety and warming up if you haven't done so already. Its also a good idea to start a log so you can keep track of your routine and how it makes you feel. Cheers to your gf for doing kegals for you. It says a lot about how she feels about you for her to want to do that. Good luck and welcome to the Gym!

    Thanks! Yes I do warm up. I put a wet cloth in the microwave for maybe 15 seconds. I warm up the area for 8 minutes or so. Then I do the stretches and warm up exercises. And yes I started a log on day one.

    The interesting thing about my dick and his dick are that I have been able to give her vaginal orgasms where he only gave her one in their entire relationship. She said that I am able to hit her spot and he hit EVERY spot...so however inexplicable mine gives her better orgasms. Of course she had clitoral orgasms with him.

    You are hung at 7.5 x 5.25. Now that that's out of there, your girl just told you that your dick is making her orgasm, but her ex's larger penis rarely did. And now you are going to try to make your penis more like her ex's? I'm sorry, I don't follow the logic.

    I hear you and agree. It's the logic of a dude, dude. Even the 9 incher wants a bigger dick. But I don't think adding a little girth is going to disrupt things. I think maybe I just fuck her better. And 5.25" girth is not hung. I consider 5.75" to be barely hung. 6" is def hung. But hey, that's just my opinion. Besides that, I am 34 and don't always maintain the 5.25" girth. He was 19 and was ALWAYS hard.

    I had something interesting happen today. Sometimes I pump. I don't go overboard...just enough to fill it with blood. So there is not much bloating. I usually pump to the 8" marker or so. If I doo it long enough then I go to the 8 1/8" marker. Today nearly immediately went to the 8 3/8" marker. That has NEVER happened. Ive been jelqing for 3 days now. So Im wonder if that is just a coincidence or if things are loosening up in there. Has anyone else experienced this?
