    Hey fellow PEers!! I am Gainer92 and I have been doing PE for about 3 months now and am looking for massive gains! I jelq, stretch, squeezes, and am just starting to clamp. I have always had a average size penis but am looking to change that ASAP!! I am very serious about this and any helpful information of advise will be gratefully appreciated!

    Just by reading your post I can tell that you're trying to hard. Relax! ha it's a marathon not a sprint, you should not be clamping yet, give yourself a few more months to get conditioned and advance gradually.. If the 92 in your name is your date of birth then you and I both know that you have plenty of time to do this the right way. A little extra advice, always warm up for a minimum of 10 minutes, do your girth work first and then do your stretching, get plenty of sleep.. Happy gaining! and welcome and remember, RELAX!

    Thanks for the advice MurphKitty! I have been doing PE on and off for a couple of years now but never stuck to it, but now it is time to get serious and get some gains. I do warm up everytime before doing my exercises. But doing girth workout before stretching is what your supposed to do? Because I have been told to stretch first but am not sure?
    Another thing, what workout do you do? It seems like from your stats you have had good success and would like to join you!

    The reason that I do girth work before stretching is because I was advised to do so by a highly respected PE guru.. The reason is that stretching can exhaust your penis and make girth work harder to do afterwards. I also enjoy stretching with a little extra blood in the glans of my flaccid penis, which helps with getting a good grip.

    My routine:
    Rice sock warm up-15 min
    100 wet jelqs
    1 minute ULI squeeze- 2 reps
    10 min bathmate session
    4 sets of 25 jai stretches
    3 sets of 15 second basic stretches in every direction S,R,L,U,D
    Bed fowfers as a warm down

    Hi gainer92, welcome to the Gym

    I did my first three months doing a routine very similar to JP's 90 day routine. There's a thread about it in the beginner section and also a link to that and many other good info in these threads: Link 1 and Link 2

    I'm doing some clamping too. Be careful of course and track your PI's to help you know if you are over-training.

    If you've been on again/off again in PE, it would be good to stick to a solid manual routine like almost all of us here have done first.

    Thanks again MurphKitty, that was extremely helpful!! And XitemeM, thanks also! But my girth is only 4 1/2 inches and I really want to change that. So on top of clamping what else do you do for girth work? And any tips on clamping?
