    Hello all. I'm a 65 year old man with diabetes and high blood pressure. Both are under control with meds. I can achieve an erection with a cock ring but I can't achieve orgasm or ejaculate. If I take the cock ring off, I immediately lose the erection. I haven't had a good ejaculation in months. I'm looking for some help. Thanks for reading.

    You might try general exercise (check with doc) many like swimming.
    Kegels/rk might also help.
