    Hi,

    a few days I just signed up to MoS and then I find that forum and I am suprised about this and the atmosphere here.
    Plus, a man who wants to grow his penis cannot get enough knowledge.

    About me :
    I am 19 years old and started PE in August '11 but could not achieve any gains so far. So I started to combine hanging with manual PE.

    Why do I do PE? Well, like everybody I am not satisfied with my length and girth. When I left my ex, she screwed her best friend and told me how amazing it was and that my skill was nothing in cmoparehinson to him. The complex was there before but since then, I can't imagine to live on with that size of my dick.

        That's the best support I ever received Thanks again for your affort to make me not give up!
        And you convinced me, you're right!

        My routine is like that :
        I warm up 3 minutes, then I hang three times for 20 minutes straight down, so let the hanger just hang with 1,25kg. Since today, I jelq for 3-5 minutes between every hanging set to improve the blood circulation.
        After hanging, I went on with stretching. I use baby poweder to have a better grip to stretch. I stretch in every direction, so in chronogical way I start straight down, then between down and right, then right and so on. I repeat this 3 times. Hold the stretch for 30secs and make a break for 20secs.
        When I end stretching, I start with jelqing. So I put on a porn and jelq for 15-20min, sometimes dry, sometimes with baby oil.

        To finish the program, I edge without coming if possible but mostly I do. Another problem for me is to last long in bed. I cannot last longer than 5 minutes, or maybe even 10. Once I reached 15 minutes but I have no clue how I made this

        I do not warm down my penis, but I will give a try for every time because it feels like it will be more effective when I warm down it.

        Spartan, you very suprised me by your words and it seems you really know me, just through my post. It's kind of anxious

        Nevertheless I want to thank you again because this what you wrote means very much to me!

        I hope my english is ok and understanding so far, you particular noticed my grammatical mistakes, but I will improve that.

          Your routine sounds dangerous. If you're doing something like hanging you should warm up 10+ minutes, and warming down is smart to do also.

            welcome to the gym, read the beginner forum sticky threads and everything you can on hanging. Your freind dick is not twice as long as yours. Good luck and stay safe.

              Welcome to the gym.

              Firstly, relax and don't let her comments get to you. Your penis is not small, its actually longer than ~75% of guys out there. As to his penis being twice as long as you, its not. Trust me. There aren't any penises in porn that are twice that length. Your current girlfriend loves you. In the beginning it was purely lust, now there is love. Its different, embrace it. If you can stop worrying about your penis, your skill, your deficiencies, and focus on the experience, the closeness, giving her pleasure, you will be a much better lover and man for it. For women it is about the experience, not the penis.

              You really need to revise your workout a bit. You are not warming up enough and you are likely overworking your penis. Read Big0's signature to understand why. Read the beginner's threads, read the beginners hanging thread, warm up more, and also take a look at the woman's perspective forum for some ideas on how to really please her.

              Your biggest problem is you and your perceptions, not the size of your penis nor your skill in bed. Have confidence and enthusiasm, its will go much further in bed than having a large penis.

                Thanks to everybody to the advices. Maybe it is important to mention that I'm doing PE for 4 months now.
                So is it still to overtrained??

                  The other members here are right so I will go along with what they say.

                  Your warm up should be at least a good thorough 10 minutes, preferably with any of these methods: Rice sock, Flax seed sock, and my personal favorite; a heat lamp, but direct heat is most beneficial to prevent injury. Using water is great, but it cools off too quickly once it dries up.

                  Personally I haven't gone into hanging yet, but I've read Blink2000's Hanging 101 thread and it has TONS and TONS of great info. Everything you need for your hanging routine will be in there.

                  As for the Jelqs, you can never go wrong with those. It's understood that if you want more length, jelq at 30-40% erection level, and 50-70% for girth. You want to be consistent, so keep using the baby oil for ALL your jelqing sessions. I strongly suggest you don't watch porn.....at all. There are so many benefits for those who are porn abstinent; better erections, aids to prevent pre-mature ejaculation, keeps you from getting erectile dysfunction, etc. I suggest reading the first page of this thread:

                  You didn't mention doing any PC muscle work (Kegels), you DEFINITELY want to add those to your routine. It will help you achieve harder erections and you will be able to fill up your penis with as much blood as possible, therefore achieving your maximum size. They will also help you last longer in bed.                   Lastly, you want to refrain from blowing your load at the end of your edging sessions. Edging is GREAT for lasting longer in bed, but many guys can't stop themselves from cumming. The reasons you shouldn't cum is because 1) It makes your flaccid smaller and you have less blood inside your penis to help your growth after you workout. 2) Cumming too often can lead to lesser quality erections. Over the course of time you want to gradually increase the amount of time you can edge, maybe adding a minute every other session or so until you reach your desired goal, for example, 60 minutes.

                    Thanks again Spartan for that great post.

                    I do heat up with a lamp but as you already said, it cools down too quickly but it is the only possibility to warm up. I will increase the time to 10 minutes then.

                    With a porn, my errection is better so the jelq-quality seemed to be better then too, but when you tell me not to do that, I will not do that, so I'll refuse watching porns in future during training.

                    As I said, I'm since 4 months on with PE. So I know for example how to jelq and I am sorry for that I forgot to tell you I do kegel. But no reverse, because I don't know how to brace that one.

                    But thanks for telling the two different kind of jelqs, I haven't known that before.

                    Believe me, I try not to cum after edging but sometimes it's not avoidable.

                    blink2000 seems to made great effort with this thread, unfortunately I do not understand the half of it and of what he wants to teach me about.
