    Hi all! I was hesitant on joining a site like this but I thought it might be a good place to get advice on such a popular and hotly debated topic, especially with the plethora of scams and inaccuracies out there.

    My reasons for joining are certainly not for getting bigger but harder. It takes me a long time to get hard and a lot times my erections are kind of soft, or at least softer than what I think they should be (and definitely for how young I am). So when I talk about PE I'm talking about Penis Enhancement and not really Penis Enlargement.

    The other reason I joined is to see if anyone knows good ways on how to increase the volume of my ejaculations. I know it's probably a weird thing to want, but it's just that people think I would produce a lot of the stuff.

    Anyway I digress, thanks in advance for your help and support! And don't be afraid to ask me anything too.

    As for the lack of strong erections, I am in the same boat and I am 20 years old. I attribute it to stress, anxiety, poor masturbating habits, and lack of proper nutrition/sleep. You will want to start a kegel routine to strengthen your PC muscle which is used to get an erection. Start edging! This is masturbating until you feel like you are about to cum then stopping. Do this for 10-15 min and increase time until you are comfortable going 30-40 min. You may want to start taking some vitamins. I recently bought some off GNC that are specifically for better erections. I also bought testosterone boosters. Doing cardio will also help with blood flow. If you want a bigger load you will want to cum less often, drink lotsssss of water and lots of fruits. Im sure there are other methods for bigger load but thats all I know.

      Thanks for the advice! It's nice to know that other younger guys have erection problems too. I'm trying to eat healthier and exercise too so hopefully that helps like you said. Hopefully a healthier body eventually leads to a healthier penis.

        Ya it's very frustrating being young with ED but with time and effort we can overcome this. You came to the right place thats for sure.

            Welcome. I am glad you know you are already god damn big, and glad to see a fellow PA person. As for harder and better erections. PE has made mine WORSE. Now, this i s probably my fault but just be careful.
            Start : 5.5 BP/4.5 NBP x 5 MEG
            Now : 5.5 BP/4.5 NBP x 4.75ish MEG

              I would suggest a light jelqing routine coupled with a break from porn and masturbation.

              Though I had no trouble achieving an erection, I had trouble achieving a quality erection. Since I started PEing I get raging boners quite easily. My EQ has gone through the roof and the quantity of my ejaculate has also significantly increased along with the power of my orgasms. For me, reverse kegels were extremely important as I was involuntarily kegeling to the point of pc/bc muscle fatigue.

                    Thanks, that's exactly what I want, a healthier and harder penis. Taking a break from porn and masturbation will probably be the most difficult thing, because I think I might be a little addicted to it.

                        Welcome to the GYM! I'm trying to improve my EQ (Erection Quality) as well! So far, these things are really working for me:

                        - KEGELS! I had done some before, but a routine is really the way to go. Try Rbi99's Kegel Routine
                        - EDGING! (Or ballooning) Also known as stamina work, keeps the penis as long and hard as possible for extended periods.
                        - Exercising! A healthy body is better for a healthy cock. Ab work especially helps me Also... CARDIO! (I like sprinting)
                        - Eat healthy! This goes with exercising. Avoid soy as it increases estrogen. Eat your fruits and veggies!
                        - Quit porn! Without it, you'll get more excited from actually being with and around women.
                        - Less masturbation! 2-3 times a week is my preferred amount, but too little is bad too.
                        - Yoga. Great for cardiovascular health and will improve your strength and flexibility.
