Hello chaps,
New member here, have dabbled in a bit of PE, but not consistent enough to support real gains (hence username). Looking to change that around. 25 years old, UK based. Have a few questions that im interested in hearing opinions on and see where I could use the most benefit.
Background:
Have done jelqs to success previously. Avid pumper, pump everytime before sex (steathily as partner doesnt know), which is one of the reasons I am here. Id like to develop my porksword to the point where I dont feel I need the pump. Admittedly itll be a long process, but I want to give it a real go.
Was thinking of trying the JP90 routine every morning (and on an evening 3 times per week) with the support of the DLD Power Assist (already own), think itll really help with the stretch, in addition Id like to develop my hanging, have hung before and felt it was good. Will purchase a BIB hanger and will also purhcase a Static Stretcher in the hope of the theory of recovering in an enlarged/stretched state. Can only hang for 20minutes in the morning three times a week, but can wear the SS everyday, on certain days can do 2-3 more sets of hanging on my days off to increase the total time. Will start lower to build up for reasons supported and agreed with mentioned on here and other forums. Will eventually be in a position to hang consistently 2-3 times per day. Do you feel that my hanging schedule as mentioned will still be of benefit, I think it will as this is a long game but want a few informed opinions.
Also, I still like to pump every time before sex, conscious of over working the penis, but feel I am already conditioned enough or maybe to a more developed degree than the newbie PE'er. Reluctant to be a shotgun PE'er and work every angle too fast. But do want to be very proactive, as I feel if doing things full tilt I am more than likely to stick with it in the longhaul. Pumping is a huge part of my sex life so really do need to stick with that.
I am very physically fit, lead a good lifestyle and this is something I am looking forward to the challenge of, even if I fail (which I hope I wont) as I dont have a problem with pumping for the future as I enjoy it.
Current Stats (which I need to do the full list of later after I have bought a mini diary for logging):
Erect Length: 7.25-7.5" (seems to be a bit ruler shy and I lose EQ, but hits this measurement zone regularly)
Erect Girth: 5.5"
Flaccid Length: 4.7" (my flaccid length is really tempermental and can shrivel like I have been stuck in Antartica for hours waving him around)
Flaccid Girth: lost the measurement, but can take again.
Goals Short term:
EL: 8.5"
EG:5.75"
FL: 5.0"
FG: again can ascertain until I re-do.
Goals Long Term:
EL: 9.5-10"
EG: 6.0-6.25"
FL: 5.5"
FG: as above
Looking to increase both length and girth as I progress, which I know some of the consensus is one or the other, but I am hoping I will cover all bases and improve on the whole. If I were to pick one outright it would have to be length, as I can always pump to desired girth. Looking to improve my flaccid length consistency too. As I am not comfortable naked in locker room environment with it being so up and down in measurements.
Currently take a wide range of vits for sporting reasons which include L'Glutamine, L'Arginine, HGHRP6 (skin, rejuvenation benefits). Dont get me wrong I dont believe the GHRP6 will do anything for my PE, but I am interested in chemical PE and will look to learn more here as I dont believe there is a path waiting to be unlocked and will enjoy researching members on here improve their erm.. members!
All the best..

Hi Nuattitude welcome! You say you have dabbled in PE and pump sometimes but i would still be very careful, injuries are so easy to get when sarting up and even though you say you feel conditioned you might not be at this point. A lot of new people think that they can handle more and harder exersices when they begin then end up hurting themselves in the process! If i were you i would try with a basic routine first for 3 months just so you know that you are conditioned.
PE takes time, safety and patience and knowledge, there is no need to rush into more advanced exercises or routines and risk injury. You would be suprised at how the most simple basic exersices can do wonders at the start. Doing the JP90 twice a day is again too much in my opinion.
Check your PIs after each workout so you know what state your penis is in and whether or not you are doing too much.
