    Hey guys. I just want to say I am blessed that I found this site that helps guys with their size situations because this site is so inspiring. I've been trying pills with no success, but I am ready to start with motivation on achieving my goals. As a beginner, I just want to ask a few questions. Is JP 90 days routine and good start off for me? When is the best time to measure when flaccid? 1st in the morning after I finished urinating and do I have to stretch it straight forward while measuring when flaccid? Does it matter what race you are? Just asking because I am Filipino and 23 years old. I haven't measure my BPEL, NBPEL, girth and when flaccids yet, but I will today.
    i hope this will work out for me so I can be a believer too. Sorry for all the questions guys

    Welcome and start with the 90 day workout. As for measuring as long as you're consistent in when and where you measure you'll do fine.

    Welcome to the gym mate. The JP90 is what most guys use so yes start with that. Before doing that you should read as much as you can, starting here is the best way...

    Yeah man for sure, honestly I wouldn't worry too much over the measuring accuracy, maybe that's just me, but it's something that you'll see and feel for sure... be safe, do a beginner routine as ppl above have said, all the best!
