Hello everyone!
Today I have been sick (throat and ear infection) so I stayed home from work to relax and rest. I have come across this site before but have never tried it. Today I decided that I wanted to give it a try and start my journey to improve my penis in every way!
I measured myself and this is what I got.
14 centimers in length (5.5 inches)
13 centimers in girth ( around 5 inches)
This is all fully erect.
You can say I am average. I want to be more then average.
My short term goal is to reach 7 inches and longterm would be 8 inches in length.

Everything went well but I used porn through the whole exercise( without the porn my penis wouldn't stay erect and would actually make it harder to do the exercises) I also stroked it a bit before starting the exercises so i can measure my penis precisely and was at the point of bursting a load but stopped myself ( I still have not until this moment) What I want to know if porn shouldn't be used during the exercises and what helps you guys keep turned on?
I proceeded and warmed up how I was suppose to. The whole workouts went great I did all the Jelquing techniques and so on. There are a few things I believed I did wrong and did not understand tough and I hope someone would be so kind to advise me of the following:
- I do not understand the LOT(Lost of Thug theory) may someone explain it in further detail?
- I believe I did the helicopter shakes and big circles wrong as well, is there a video or illustration that may make it simpler?
- I am going to order Lube but have none after using my last bit today, any home made substance that can be used or perhaps a store that might carry them? (CVS, Walmart, etc)
The exercises went well tough and I hope with my determination and further improvement I can see the results I seek.
Something else I am curious about is if it's ok to masturbate or have sex after workouts? I have a gf and the last time I had sex was Sunday. I want to know if sex has any effect on the workouts and so on.
Also any other techniques, exercises, diet changes, and reccomendations will be taken well from me! I am looking for the best advice I can get!
P.S. I have also lost 55 pounds recently and am currently at 170 and I am 5'7. Once my sickness goes away i plan on getting back to my workout routines! my other question is if it is ok to go to the gym and use the PE gym in the same day?
I know these questions might sound silly but I want to know everything and increase my knowledge on the subject!

I would try to avoid porn as much as possible. You don't want to become dependant on it. Most begginers have the opposite problem - they get 100% errect whilst trying to jelq/stretch. As your pelvic floor gets stronger, do the exercises and you abstain from porn, it shoud get easier to get errections.
AFAIK, LOT theory has been proven wrong, so don't even worry about it.
Helicopter shakes - basically make an OK sign at the base of your penis and flick your wrist so that it swings around in a circle.
Circle streches - you are streching with you penis parallel to your leg in a big circle.
IMO sex is fine. Never say no
I would completely replace masturbation with edging sessions. I do a 30-40min edging session (with ejac) every other day after my workout. You will probably want to start at 10-15mins and work up from there.
As for diet, personally I just try to avoid the crap. So avoid sugar/high fat foods ect. Otherwise, take the supplements recommended in JP90. Also look up the 5G's and try to get those every day.Current (20/02/2012) - BPEL: 7.3" (+0.8") MEG: 4.6" (+0.3")

JP90 should take you somewhere around 45mins.

Hey guys! i have been doing these workouts for a week now. Just wondeirng until i get time to buy lube is it ok if i use soap instead?
also what foods are good for the penis in general. I'm stressed with work and could use something that will help me be hornier, harder etc. thanks!

I started the 90 day workout on the 29th. So far i feel it is working. Haven't seen an increase but i know this will take alot of time and determination and i am a willing person. i want to reach my goal so bad!
I have a problem though and I think it is all mental but maybe physical as well. I use to weigh 230 pounds and i am 5'7, i would be so horny all the time . Now i weigh 170 and sometimes even when i'm horny i don't get fully erect. i get horny enough to masturbate and do such but not as hard as i know i can. For the record these past months since i lost weight i have gotten very sick with fevers twice (i doubt advil and such medicines have anything to do with it)
I feel though as this is more mental then anything else though. I have taken action though and i ordered the erection tea ingrediants and some natural fish oil for overall healthy. i am considering taking some of the five g's but not sure if i should. I would like to state that I am 21 years old. Any tips and help i would be so appreciative! Once i finish the 30 day program i will make another thread as i begin the more advance journy.
P.S. For jelquing, does the speed matter? sometimes i find myself going fast while others slow.

Don't use soap, you're better off using something like olive oil or hand lotion until you buy good lube. Also eating healthy and being healthy overall helps with erections, but doesn't make you gain size faster.
