    Hi! I started with a 30% version of the 90 day newbie excercises some 7-8 weeks ago, but did not commit 100% to it. Still there were improvements (0,5 cm length, 0,2 inches) and 1 cm in girth (0,4 inches). Then I started the 90 day training.

    The main thing that motivates me now is that the erections are A LOT better!
    I start at the ok measurements of: 6,3 x 5,5 (2012-02-23 - a couple of weeks into the 90day newbie excercises)

    My first goal is: 7x6 (and I have a lot ot time reaching this goal, no rush) My long term goal is: 8+ x 7+

    This time I'm fully commited and have now been doing the 90 day newbie training for 5 days. I've read a lot on this site already and I personally plan on using my masters degree in pharmacology to reach my goal: that is through a drugfree, ecological diet rich in antioxidants, creatine, protein, healthy vegetables, vitamin D, zink, omega-3 (rich in vitamin E), magnesium and iron. I plan on eating almost no refined sugar, no trans fats, no candy, consuming almost no alcohol and absolutely no cigarrettes. I go to the gym about 2-3 times a week and walk at least 5 km every day (3 miles).

    I plan on treating this excercise just like a mini gym work out with almost all the same supplements after a PE-session as after a gym work out. I'm sure that will help the muscle growth (that is the musles of the pelvic floor, not the penis itself), the blood circulation as well as the rebuild/repair of new tissue after training and to avoid damage.

    We'll see anyway! The quest has begun!
