Discovered this place a few weeks ago and today I got my supplements for the 90 day beginner routine and I'm ready to go! I'm on day 4 and have high motivation. My starting stats are 3.75 inch flaccid, 6 inch erect, and 5.75 girth. Sorry i don't know all the acronyms yet lol. Im really happy with my girth, I'm pretty lucky, but I'd love to add a half inch- an inch in length. I'm gonna measure every month and keep a log and share the results. Wish me luck! Ps any advice to help me with routines on length I would really appreciate! -BigL

Read all the info and ask as many questions as you feel necessary. Good luck with your gains. Your goals are very doable.

Welcome to the forums man. Since you're already content with girth I'd suggest you focus on stretches and jelq's at a lower erection level.
You're already ahead of my girth goal, so you're definitely lucky in that regard.

Stretch for length and light jelq to maintain or enhance your EQ(Erection Quality).
Initial(9-1-11): BPEL: 7.25", BPSFL: 7.75", EG: 4.75", BEG: 5.25", BPFL: ~5.0", FG: ~4.0"
Current(7-1-16): BPEL: 8.375", BPSFL: 8.75", EG: 5.375", BEG: 5.875", BPFL: ~6.625", FG: ~4.75"
Realistic Goal: BPEL: 8.5", EG: 5.5"
Idealistic Goal: BPEL: 9.0", EG: 6.0", BPFL: 7.0", FL: 5.0"

Thanks for that link shwing, very helpful. Its nice to see how friendly and helpful this forum is, thanks to everybody who posted so far. What stretching routines would you guys reccomend for maximum length gains? Any advice or links are appreciated.
