Welcome bro. Just stick to the basics (JP90) so you don't get confused. If properly done, the first 3 months of PE should hardly change. Spend some time getting used to the exercises so you are doing them right. 5 minutes of proper form is better than 15 minutes of bad form.

Make PE part of your life. Consistency is key to gains!
