Just thought id say hi, found the the site about a week ago and started 3 days ago............cannot believe the difference in my EQ already, feels like its already grown it got so hard tonight :-) anyway i look forward to getting plenty of advice from you guys in the future.

Welcome to the gym mate. Keep on working safely!! Higher EQ along is one of the first things you will notice, alot of guys gain size when this happens for them! A bigger flaccid hand is also one of the first things too.
Remember that less is more especially in the first 3 months, try not to forget that.

Thanks for welcome gymboi, ive definitely noticed that both of them have got better :-) i cant believe how horny its making me....ha ha
I think im doing a little less than some other beginners but he feels like his had a workout so dont really think i should do more.
As for my goals
Current is
BPEL - 7
MSG - about 5.4
BG - 5.25
Goal
BPEL - 7.5 to 8 not sure yet
MSG - 5.75
BG - 5.75

That's good. When I first began PE my buddy got tired so fast. I ended up doing 5 minutes or less each on stretches and jelqs! I then went up to the recommended amount a few weeks later (JP90).
Less is definitely better
Have you thought about starting a Progress Log? They are really helpful when looking back at what has worked for you. Plus you might help others in the future
