I have been visiting PE Gym for a few weeks now and i have definitely found some useful information. I have began to practice Kegels and have been ballooning for about 30 minutes a day. I have been balooning for a few weeks and sometimes I will decide to edge instead. My EL is exactly 6 inches when I am fully horny and erect. I am not sure as to my EG but it is definetly thinner than I would like. My main goal is to improve length by 1.5 inch and EG as significantly as possible. I know of Jelqs , Kegeling, Balooning and Edging but I am not really sure how often to do these excersises. I do not want to hurt myself or harm future erections. I am looking to gain penis health and reach these goals. Obviously I would like to improve more after I reach those goals, and of course see improvement. I am 21 now and would like to see improvement by a month or two if possible.
