Hey all!
Been doing kegals ever since I found out about them I think 7-8 years ago? But not consistent of course.
Have more time now so I am starting to be more consistent with the JP90 day program.
Been kind of on and off so I won't be here always. I will be updating my log daily though!

Recomend you include reverse kegels.

My goal is to mainly cure the PE I have. I've been doing the Ballooning exercises and I've looked around for edging as well.Was thinking of probably gaining both length and girth as well after I move on from the JP90 program.
Thank you for the recommendation Pegasus, I will have to look into those exercises as well!
