Hi all
Long-time member and spectator, decided today to seriously get into a PE routine. I've tried starting PE routines before, but never continued past 2 weeks. I've also sworn off a porn and masturbation habit as well, as of 2 days ago, which has been plaguing me for more than a decade. Going to need all the help I can get!
Why am I here? I'm unhappy with the length of my penis, currently sitting at 5.1" NBPEL with 5.5" EG (hence the nickname). My girlfriend often compliments me on my girth, but I did manage to get an honest answer out of her that she wouldn't mind some length. Plus there are certain positions I'd love to be able to do but that I don't have the length for. Years of porn viewing have also made me unhappy and shy about my penis, so starting today I'd like to work it up to whatever is possible, maximum 8" I'd say at this point unless my GF can take more.But baby steps for now, looking to add just 1cm for now with the JP 90-day routine so I can be sure this whole PE thing is possible and it works for me. I'll measure again in a months time.
Other than that I'm also very unhappy with my stamina. I have no doubt the years and years of edging to porn have lead to issues in bed, namely that I "edge" with my girlfriend during sex, if that makes sense. I can penetrate for a bit, then I immediately get too aroused and near the edge, so I have to stop/slow down for a while, then repeat over and over. I don't like it all, it makes sex frustrating and I almost want to avoid it completely sometimes. I just want to be able to go crazy and bang her brains out sometimes, you know, just go crazy without going whoa, whoa, WHOA the whole time. :P She lives across the country from me, so I don't see her often, and when I do I really don't want disappointing sex. She says she's perfectly happy with how I am in bed, but I know when she wants more and I can't give it to her because I need to calm down constantly, I hate it.
I'll focus on my enlargement exercises and kegels for now, and hopefully will notice a stamina improvement, but it's not the main goal right now, since I don't see my GF often. I'm hoping stamina will just be secondary to my gains, and the added confidence of better/larger erections can't hurt.Starting: 2012/03/17

I think you'll notice a huge improvement on the sex front with you regular workouts and your new anti porn thing.
