  • Call me Baloo.

I've been a periodic lurker for a few weeks now. I have always been on the small side (NBPEL - 4.75"; MSEG - 4.375"), though I have never lacked confidence. It never bothered me because girls didn't complain, and since most of my sexual experiences were one night stands, I wasn't too concerned about them "getting theirs". I've been dating a great girl for 5-10 months now (an exact time requires a more precise definition of "dating"). We were great friends in college, but we only started dating after graduation. Ours has been a long distance relationship, though life will likely bring us back together in about a year.

Now, sex is not a problem for us, but my size does impose upon us some limits that I want to eliminate. She has told me that, although she almost always climaxes from manual and oral stimulation, she hasn't achieved orgasm during intercourse with me. I didn't ask, but I do think this has at least something to do with the size of my penis. Additionally, my penis length and body size (I'm 6'2", 258 lbs, so fairly overweight) preclude certain sexual positions that I think could increase variety and improve her experience. In these two problems, I see opportunities for personal improvement. Like I said, sex is not a problem for us, but I want it to be great, not merely good, especially for her. I think increased penis size and physical fitness would go a long way toward improving the sexual aspect of the relationship. If I can improve both without compromising my health, I see no reason why I shouldn't.

I know what I can do to get in better physical shape. I'm going to make a stronger commitment to eating well and working out. But I'm kind of out of my element when it comes to improving the health and increasing the size of my penis. Additionally, I am worried about harming or deforming my penis as a result of any exercise regimen. I've been reading a bit on the forums here, and I'm very willing to give this a try. I do have some questions for the more experienced users.

    - Are my long term goals (NBPEL - 7"; MSEG - 5.5") realistic for someone my size? About how long should I expect to work to attain such results?
    - I will see my girlfriend again in about three months. What kind of routine would you recommend to achieve noticeable results in that time frame? What would be realistic expectations for that amount of time?
    - Do you have any tips to avoid the deformities (e.g., the baseball bat effect) that sometimes result from certain exercises?

I've been talking a lot in this post about my penis size, sex, and my girlfriend. Lest you think these things are all I think about, allow me to tell you some more about myself. I recently graduated from college and was set to enroll in the College of Medicine at my current university to begin pursuing an M.D. However, shortly before enrolling, I decided I didn't want to be a doctor and instead began taking courses to complete a degree in accounting. A libertarian and registered Republican, I am very interested and involved in politics. I don't think political discussions and arguments have to be divisive and adversarial. In fact, I enjoy hearing other people's perspectives on political philosophy and strategy. I love watching sports, especially football, lacrosse, and soccer, having played the first two in high school. I am always seeking to improve myself. I have begun practicing piano a couple hours per week, and I am continuing my study of German, which began in college. I am going to give penis enlargement exercise a go for a few months and see how I like it.

Awesome man! I think if you're willing to be 100% committed you will be able to reach your goals; it might take several years though so be prepared! I have some things in common with you! I'm currently an undergrad in Pre-Med, want to become an MD someday. Why did you decide not to? I also played lacrosse and football in high school too but opted out in college.

There is no reason to worry about harming your penis in any way. If you do your homework before beginning and make sure to be safe there is no more risk in doing PE than in working out the rest of your body. Good luck!

Thanks for the encouragement, BTBrian. I'm still looking for a program to follow, because I think some structure would help me stay motivated and avoid injury. Like I said, I'm giving this a few months, and if I feel good and at least see some progress, I'll keep going until I reach my goal.

There were a number of reasons why I decided against medicine. I think I kind of rushed into the initial decision to pursue the M.D. I definitely didn't consider alternatives enough early in my college career. I've always enjoyed science - especially physics and chemistry - but I rather overlooked certain other aspects of the profession. I took a number of business courses in my last two years and really enjoyed those. Most of it boils down to medicine just not being right for me. I'll confess that the uncertainty surrounding the profession due to politics had an effect on my decision. I don't want to discourage anybody from joining the medical fraternity though. I made a mistake by placing too much stock in other people's opinions when making my initial decision. It's a very noble profession, and most people find it rewarding. It just wasn't for me.

I was offered a full tuition academic scholarship - since they can't offer athletic scholarships - to play D-III football for a fairly well known university in Pittsburgh, but I turned down the offer to go to my dream school, which just happened to have full contact dorm football. I sometimes wish I had taken the money. I could sure use it now.

Welcome to the Gym my friend! I like how you have also decided to start
an exercise routine in conjuction with PE! Despite this website being Penile-Centric,
I think that at least its users shouldn't be (in day-to-day life).

Now, you asked some question so I'll try to answer them.

        - You want to achieve an overall increas of 2.25 in. length-wise and 1.125 girthwise.
If you PE with dedicaton, have appropriate increases in intensity to your workouts and
don't overdo it. You could do this in 2 years. But you must commit to this.

        - You've got three months. .5 in. length increase and 3/8 in. girth is realistic if you work for it!

        - Learn the proper form when doing the exercise and practice it.

        Happy hunting/ PE'ing!

If you've been lurking for a while I'm more than certain you've seen JP90s, that's the routine you should look at to start out with
