    Wow. I'm jealous of some of the gains I see across the board! But I guess that just gives me a couple of goals to work towards.

    I've always been a pretty confident guy, a great lover, and my average penis size has never slowed me down. But I just want to gain some confidence, girth, stamina, and have a hog in my hands!

    I'm looking forward to the journey of learning, growing (no pun intended) and sharing some of the knowledge that you guys have already gained.

    BPF - 4.5"
    FG - 4"
    BPEL - 6.5"
    EG - 5.5"

    I have read through the beginners forum, and I'm happy to see the stress that is put on safety. I guess that is the one thing that always threw me off about penis exercises, I don't want to shrink the lil' guy anymore!

    I have set some realistic goals, and I am going to work through JP's90.

    Within a year, I hope to add an inch all around, but I will be happy with any gains. My lil buddy is my best friend, and I think he needs to put on some mass.

    I look at the results that the steadfast, commited, and sharing members have achieved, and I realize that I can do the same! Gymboi, I followed that same kind of mentality when starting with my regular gym and exercise routine, and I look at the output of my hard work - went from 240lbs, to 180 in about 2 years with a change of diet, hardwork, determination, knowledge building and asking questions. I am happy with that, now just time to make my lil guy happier too!

    In turn, making many women, all over the world, much happier. Hahaha

    Welcome. Your gains are not unreachable. The most important thing is sticking to a consistent routine. MAKING time for PE. I am big on that and have seen some great gains. I would start with the newbie routine and move from there. I have always kegeled and edged with no cumming unless I have sex with the wife. It is my opinion that the edging/no cumming after every pe workout helped sement my gains early on. You will be super horny all the time but the gains are well worth it.
