Hello Everyone.
I am very happy to come across this website. After reading a few stories and looking up some useful tips and information, PE got me really motivated to work on my unit. This looks like a great community and I hope to learn a lot from everyone. I hope to get started on JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine ASAP.
Thanks!

I salute to you good sir, I hope to prosper as much as you have!

If you're as tenacious and deranged you may well prosper as I have....
Just kidding...
I just have a relentless give em hell attitude.
You'll get your gains if you have that type of mind set.
Also, don't let the negative minded people here deter you from setting your own goals. Some here say my gains aren't the average, and I would say to them neither are my methods.Lurked since 2010

Stay safe and healthy. Don`t overdo it. And there is nothing wrong with having realistic goals. One step at the time
Good luck!
