Hello all!
Ive been reading through this forum for a month or so now and today decided to join Im tying to gain length and girth while always trying to increase my staying power. I have been doing the same routine as PESG started out on:
Warm up for ATLEAST 10 mins
5 mins or so of stretching
10 mins jelqing
Then edging.
Been doing this for about 2 weeks with 2 days on 1 day off and have already seen an increase in EQ.
Im in this for the long haul so hopefully I can eventually add a few of my insights on the forum.
