    Hi Pegym.

    Asian-American, 21, M (of course ).

    NBPEL: 6"
    BPEL: 6.75"

    Girth: 5"

    I'm new to PE. I've made a captain's wrench based on instructions from the internet but I don't want to rush into using it without knowing the facts first.
    My 1st goal to is to achieve an 8x6er and maybe beyond if I'm successful. I want to focus on length gains first and then target girth.

    Could you guys please point me to a proper regimen?

    How about looking in the beginners section and reading the beginners workout. It's a great place to start. While you're at it read the safety first thread as well; you don't want parts falling off you do you?

          Hi guys!

          I'm thinking of starting with the Jon Pop 90 day regimen. However, doesn't that increase girth mainly. I just read that higher girth makes length gains harder. Should I focus on just hanging first?
