Rictor,
I'm glad you've chosen a beginner's routine that stresses progressive jelqing. It's a good routine,
certainly approved by our founder here at the Gym. I like the 5 month approach. That is a
reasonable time to see some results.Going411by7 (I was a grower; now I'm a shower).

What do you mean by progressive jelqing exactly? To my knowledge JP90 directs you to do three sets of the same number of jelqs for the full five month regimen -- it doesn't have you start at a certain amount and work your way up. Did I miss something?

Part of the PE process is learning your body, and how it reacts. Listening to your body is a huge aspect of PE that doesn't get touched on as much as it should. For many, doing the JP90 exactly as prescribed is great. For others, it may be too intense so they need to dial down the intensity a bit. For yet others, they find they need to work up in intensity (slowly over time of course) to find the exact spot where their body is responding like it should.
Certainly not everyone is capable of making safe deviations from an established routine, but as you get better at listening to you body you may find that you're quite capable of slowly introducing modifications to make the routine more effective for you as an individual.
Good luck

It is possible to gain both lenght and girth with PE, but it takes time. Newbie gains are usually fast. Doctors are wrong in this case.

I was skeptical too, glad I gave it a shot anyways. Gained 1/2" in 8 months, still going strong.

Thats because most that don't gain aren't outspoken about it. They usually give it a try, if they gain they post about it if they don't a lot of times they disappear. There isn't a "no progress" sub forum but there is a "success" and "progress" subforum. Its bad press to publicize the dificulties. For a long time I didn't post about me not gaining. Just because all you hear about is the wonderful gainers it doesn't mean that there isn't a silent majority of hard gainers.

Remember that Extenders have been medically acknowledged to increase length. So why would manual stretches not work? Also, when you jelq, uli, bend, etc. you are forcing your penis to expand past its normal boundaries. Your penis will grow when placed under stress.

I am still perplexed that many here deny anatomical variations in penis structure, i.e. more tunica layers than usual, etc. I understand it is easier to claim the problem with tough gainers is operator error rather than their penis since this allows good gainers to make the case that their gains are based purely on hard work and dedication.
The truth is although hard work and dedication is important the key factor in whether you gain or not is the penis you have to work with. I have seen others here make claims of incredible gains in a matter of weeks or just a few months. Some have done the exact same thing I have done and I have seen some do it with half assed programs. One thing that has become glaringly apparent is equal work does not pruduce equal results. Its just a fact of life. Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. - Ben Franklin, 1775.
