    Rictor,

    Just to add a little variety to the mix...I've been doing this on a regular basis (4-5hrs/week) since September and havent noticed any gains in size. I have noticed that my dick gets veinier, which the gf likes...but no big size gains.

    I'm gonna keep pushing...I've got a log going just to keep me honest.

    Rictor welcome, and good luck. Personally I think the vast majority of newb gains are improvement in vascularity and an increase in pliability of tissue. Overall the most important thing I have found is consistency. This is my second time time doing PE, I have been much more consistent, and achieved much better results.
