Hi there! I found this site a few weeks ago, and after looking around a bit, I decided to join the forums to talk with you people.
I must admit I'm more than a little skeptical. After all, I've heard my entire life that according to doctors, there's no way to increase the size of your penis except through surgery, and things that claim otherwise are all scams. I've always thought it would be nice if I could increase my size a bit, but knowing it was impossible, I figured I'd just deal with it.
This site seems rather different though... That there's a sizeable community around implies that people achieve success, or no one would care -- you can't all just be in on some scam. As well, this site seems to be free... which would make this a really bad scam. Most scams also make impossible claims about the gains you'll make -- I'm sure you've all seen the "take this pill and gain four inches in four weeks!" or "one weird trick to a bigger penis!" ads. These sorts of things are also all typical of the sorts of scams people make for gaining muscle through bodybuilding. However, like actual muscle gain, the information here is all very clear that gaining penis size is a slow process that requires dedication, proper form, etc. These things are why I've decided to join the site, because it seems plausible it might be legit.
But there are things I'm skeptical about as well. The first and foremost is the medical explanation I read on the site's introductory pages... seems... like pseudo-science to my semi-trained mind. It doesn't really sound plausible at all. One of my greatest misgivings with the scientific explanation I read is that it says gains you make are permanent. This seems extremely strange indeed... skeletal muscular gains aren't permanent, after all. I've never heard of anything like that. I understand the explanations are just theories, though. Which brings me to that, if this works, and is working for all of you, how is this not widely publicized and well known as a way to increase penis size around the world? How has it not attracted the attention of medical researchers who would then go forth and actually find out how it really does work biologically, and do studies and such? This implies to me... that it might be false. So tell me why these skepticisms of mine are wrong?
Nevertheless I think I'm going to start the beginner's routine thing the introductory pages provided for the five weeks it says to do, and at the end of the five weeks, measure, and see if I've gained a quarter of an inch or something. If I have well I can't really argue with results can I?
So in light of that, assuming this does indeed work, I have some questions -- I've looked around on the forums for the last hour and can't really find the specific answers I'm looking for. If I've overlooked feel free to reroute me, or just answer yourself. So what I plan to do is the routine outlined here. I wanted to know, is this recognized as an appropriate and most importantly effective very-beginner's routine? As well, what sort of thing should I move on to after the five weeks, assuming I'm convinced this works? There's a lot of information on these forums and I'm more than a little overwhelmed.
I read in someone's post something like that people on average can gain 2 inches in length and 1 inch in girth. I'm interested in both the veracity and the background of this claim. First, he didn't provide a timeframe for this, if these are accurate average figures, how long does it take the average guy to achieve that? And is this a solid limit, or if someone keeps at it will they keep gaining? And finally: what's the sort of speed of gain, really? I know it depends on a whole ton of variables: what exercise you're doing, genetics, etc. But as a very generalized average, at what rate, would you say, the average guy gains, say, a half or a quarter inch in length or girth?
Well thanks to any who read this and respond. I'm excited to get some answers and see if this works.
EDIT: Also I've been seeing some abbreviations around I don't understand. What are these BEFL and BFSPL and such?Last edited by Rictor; 12-02-2012 at 12:56 AM.

ok we have all made this trannsition you are in now. As far as why is this not commont knowledge? Go try and tell a close friend, even they will be skeptic. Most the gains you make will stay if you do this long enough, some will goo away, all if you don't stick with it for long enough. Proof? I didn't take pics to start because I was skeptic, now I'm almost an inch longer. Can't give proof but I know its true. In the short time I've been here I have come to enjoy the support of all the great members, not just in size gains, but in growing emotionally. Many men have been scared by size comments, we are here to help I any way we can, so get going on JP90 and see the gains for yourself. Oh and read read read, so much knowledge here to gather. Happy tugging!

Gains are hard to guess, I have my gains in signature. Most beginners see fast gains, then the hard gains come in and you have to keep tugging. Everyone is different in so many ways, so get started and we will see where you stand and then can point you in a better direction. A good thread is TGC theory.

I believe it has been reported here and on another site that the average gain was 1" x .5" after 3 months. Pretty optimistic and probably inaccurate figures if you ask me. I would also say to be very skeptical of some members reported gains. Some of them are quite literally unbelievable especially in certain time frames. Do I think PE works? Yes, for some. I have been at this for a couple of years and gained a quarter inch after 5 months and maybe 1/10th of an inch in girth and have been unable to gain after that. I really do think gains are like playing the lottery. If your lucky and your penis is made to get bigger it may gain like weeds. But if your not its a hard road of frustration. The good news seems to be that most do gain. Im just an outlier here. Good luck. Check my log out if your interested in what PE I have done.

Hi Rictor, Welcome to the PEGYM forums!
This was a site I stumbled upon about 2+ years ago, regarding to helping with a slight case of Premature Ejac. I noticed they had these other forums too. I wasn't really too curious, but I also wondered if there's any truth to it. I read up on it, and just like you took in a wealth of theory and first-hand experiences regarding penile exercising. Anything you read, is not scientific fact as you are skeptical enough to know.We understand that doing 'x' exercise for 'x' amount will bring gains. Some of this is well documented (albeit, most in a first hand perspective) There has been publicity on penile exercising for gains, mostly dealing with the "jelq" and weight hanging. Also, use of an extender is also documented to achieve gains.
To answer your question about routine, nobody here really can give you a definite answer for 'the best'. The reason for this is that everybody gains differently. Some people get INCREDIBLE fast gains. Others get an average rate. Others slow(if at all!). Also, some people can handle very intense exercises while others can't. The only way for you to be actually convinced, other than the thousands of first hand accounts is give it a go yourself. I was in the same boat you were in, but I am a believer now. There's no better feeling than starting with a low-average dick, then being able to buy magnums and have your girl tell you you're too big.

Any other questions, feel free to post or PM. I hope to clear up some of this for you. (I also make no money in trying to convincing you to pull on your penis in hopes of a bigger one...)

My gains were hardly permanent--some were, but not all of them. When I cut back from
a long, intense routine, I lost some.
So, in my opinion, gains are NOT permanent. You need to follow some kind of maintenance
routine to keep at least some of them.
This is true for me and I have been at it for 9 years.Going411by7 (I was a grower; now I'm a shower).

Welcome to the gym
You're smart to be skeptical, I was as well.
As you can see from the other responses, is not as easy as some make it out to be. Some have a really tough time gaining while others gain with half-assed effort. It really is a lot of work, and you really have to be in for the long term. Anyone who thinks they can jump in for 3 months, gain significantly and keep those gains is mistaken. PE definitely isn't for those that want instant gratification.
With that said, I have a bit over a year in and I'm more than happy with my gains! It's now a part of my lifestyle and I don't see me stopping even when the gains stop coming.
Good luck

I've had gains and no surgery required..........welcome aboard. If gains are what you're after, start the JP90 and get your own personal party started :-)
It's a tough job being good looking and hung :-)

Thank you all for the welcome and encouragement.
It seems like a pretty friendly and great community you've got going on here.
So since a couple people suggested it, and since it's a beginner routine anyway, I've switched to the JP90 routine... Gonna see how that works, though I think I'll have to try to only measure, like, once a month hahah.
I'm at university presently and am actually planning on becoming a physician... so this is all very interesting stuff to me, even disregarding the fact that I'm certainly interested in the benefits PE can give. So I'm looking forward to the next few months.
I must admit Colt your comments are a little discouraging, most people around here seem to be getting results they're rather happy with... I'm sorry it's not so with you. :/
