    Alrights guys i started a few days ago with this but have done it before and stopped, im alot more motivated and want gains so help is appreciated!

    I stretch and them jelq and my stretches are about 5 min long and i do three sets, then jelq for id say 100 reps or more! Day 4 is today and im sore and it fills thicker but looks smaller, take today off?

    Next thing to ask if i pump and do stretches plus jelq will my gains come quicker and be better?

    Would anyone like to maybe give me a good routine with pump and one woth it?

    What type of gains should i see?

    Nothing wrong with taking the day off any time your body is telling you that you should. Learning to listen to what your body is telling you is one of the best skills you can learn with PE!

    Gains vary from person to person, so its really hard to give any kind of answer.

    Listen to my buddy DQ over there. No not the ice cream shop, though that's good too. The Don has some good advice.

    If you're just starting out, take it slow. You won't see gains come any faster if you overwork your dinkydoodle. You might very well hurt it.

    Heres the routine ive been doing!

    Stretch in the am just one set, then 10 mega squeezes and 10 other squeezes.

    Maybe stretch at some point and time and do a squeeze

    Get off work and sit down starting with stretches, then a squeeze, jelq for ten minutes and they are 3-10 second strokes with a few hold for 10s also, i know right after im done or if i get a good erection i picked up 1/4 in length and a about the same girth, i believe thats just because i have a dick harder then steel! But when im just semi aroused its the usually lad. It does look and feel thicker! Opionions on my routine? Btw this is week one

    To advanced!!! Go read JP90 that is the go to beginner routine. Plz don't jump into an advanced exercise before 3 months of JP90.

    I guess i should have said i pe'd before! Then stopped! Il tone it down some and go look at that routine
