Hi guys,
I'm a below average mid 4s uncut guy looking to get average for now. I hope I came to the right place.
I've read a few posts, but I have slight issue, is it still possible to make gains and do the exercises while having a short frenulum that also limits the tight foreskin movement?
I've been to the doc and unless there is a medical issue they will not send forward for a frenuplasty. But hey thats life.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble getting the frenuplasty. To be honest, I really don't know how having a short frenulum would affect PE. I would think that it could be stretched as well, but I'm not sure since you're uncut. Unless there is some one on the board who has knowledge in this area, I'd day the only way to find out is to try some basic stretching and jelqing yourself and see how you respond.
As far as PE goes in general: it's a long (and uncertain) road. Many people give up because it really is a big commitment to make. It involves a lot of time and energy and progress is usually slow. There are exceptions though; some seem to gain rather easily, while others can put in months and sometimes years and see little to no results. You have come to the right place, though. There are a lot of helpful people around here that are always willing to share advice. Welcome to the PE Gym, Quasi!

I am cut, so I don't know a whole lot about the problem you are describing. Just sit tight though, we have a lot of people here that should be able to give you some good advice once they see your post. Anyways, just wanted to say welcome to the gym - I hope the community here is able to help you out

Thank you for your feedback, after spending sometime reading some more posts, from what I read from users such as Kingpole, I can just ignore the foreskin and just focus on the exercise at hand?
The only real thing I need to know is that will having a short frenulum effect the results?

As we all get short on skin, I'd say to stretch some more from the base. Take it slow, work up to a good solid routine( with help from the gym) and take it as it comes. Welcome to the Gym, and Happy Tugging!

Short frenulum can be a problem. My was not extremly short (it was shorter during teen years.) My workout injured my frenulum, and although it healed, it was a weak point. The next times it would 'separate' again, it got worse. So... (I know this will freak out some people)... I simply got rid of parts of the frenulum myself. I did searches on the internet and noticed there were boards dedicated only for this purpose.
Not saying that you will experience injury even though your frenulum is a limit.
I learned while reading on another boards that there were some big differences in people's frenulums. Some people have a strong and thick frenulum, and on the other side of the scale we have people who have paper thin frenulums.

Welcome to the Gym. As mentioned before, start a light and easy routine for 60-90 days. If you have adverse effects then stop or if you have positive reaction then keep going. Good luck.
Cappiche man!
Can pelvic floor therapy fix this?
