Thread: Starting for real!

I am just beginning PE officially, I have tried to do it previously but due to lack of commitment and frustration I have been inconsistent.
I am doing PE mainly to improve my erection quality and to gain in length, but I would not mind some increases in girth.
I have some insecurities about my size because a girl I used to date never appeared to enjoy sex with me, it made me very self conscious.
I don't want to gain a ridiculous amount, but I would like to get longer, and a little thicker.
I am starting with JP90 the routine, and am going to start of with limited reps and build my way up, focusing alot on technique.
I am still debating whether or not to edge as part of my routine, I have sex roughly 7-15 times a month with my girlfriend.
I am using a heating pad for heating.
I will also do fowfers daily.
Please let me know if you have any tips or suggestions for me, my initial measurements are below:
Starting PE 12/7/2012 Measurements: 5.0FL 5.75NBPEL/5.75EG
I will post once every two weeks and tell my progress/PIs etc.Starting PE 5/17/2014
Measurements: 6 BPEL, 5.25 NBPEL, 5.625 EGB, 5.5 EGM, 5.375 FSL, 5 FG
First Goal: 6.5 BPEL, 5.75 EGB
Second Goal: 7.0 BPEL, 6 EG
Long term goal: 7.5 BPEL, 6.25 EG

Welcome to the Gym. You picked a great routine to start with. I would also add, that rest and nutrition are important for successful Pe. If your girlfriend is hip to it, she can help with your Pe too, a hands on training partner does wonders. Good luck.

Thanks guys I really appreciate it, just did my first workout and it felt great, should I edge after workouts or not? I have heard edging helps gains but masturbating tends to decrease gains, what should I do?

Welcome bro. Commitment is a bit of a problem for me also.

Tip: Set small goals, and re-adjust them as you reach.
