    HEy guys,

    New to the site however I've done PE on and off for a couple years. Never really stuck with it. I've also been pumping quite a bit for about 5 months.
    I'm finally sticking to a program and I'm on my 3rd week of a modified JP90 program. I'm pretty well conditioned. Just figured I'd put this up see what you guys think or if you have any suggestions...
    • About 10 min warm-up
    • Stretch and hold to the Right, perform 30 kegels
    • Hold stretch then do circles to the left and right 11x each.
    • Repeat Stretch and hold to the Left, Up, Down, and straight out
    • Doing circle both ways after each stretch and hold 11x each
    • 3x30 sec Upper Tunica Stretch
    • 3x30 sec Lower Tunica Stretch
    • 20 min pump
    • 55 Wet jelqs
    • 35 V-Jelqs
    • 20 min pump
    • 55 Wet Jelqs
    • 35 V-Jelqs
    • 20 min pump
    • 55 Wet jelqs
    • 35 V-Jelqs
    • 10 min Clamp
    • 10 min warm-down

    If at anytime I get to a full erection during the workout I'll do a 30 sec ULI and Kegels. I Have a strong PC muscle. Can Last Very long while having sex. And I have experienced dry orgasms leading up to a big orgasm when finishing. Also, At night as I take a hot shower I will do at least 150 testicle jelqs and do that every other day. And I do at least 25-40 JAI stretches everytime I go to the bathroom just to keep it stretched.

    I've also recently bought a penis extender. I try to wear that as much as I can either after or before PE.
    I'm starting my 3rd straight week of this program.

    I try to progressively add a couple more Wet jelqs, v-jelqs, circle stretches, and stretch and hold kegels as I go through the program. This is to help slowly progress to better gains hopefully.

    I PE 5 days on 2 days off seems to be working well. Notice I have really hard erections especially on my days off, as well as ,waking up more with hard morning wood.

    Well figured I'd introduce myself and what I'm doing. Feel free to give me some advice or comment.

    Welome to the Gym. In case you didn't notice Cusp is a hungry and humorous member, the cookie monster of Pe Gym if you will. Wow very intense training. What were starting stats and what gains have you had? What has really helped with lasting a long time during sex? Any special diet or supplements? Good luck and please keep us updated.

    Hey Novajelqer, My starting stats are 7in BPEL and EG at 5in. My gains have been minimal if any. Like I said I just started my 3rd week. I may be a hair thicker and longer, and we're talking 7.1 in BPEL and 5.2 EG if anything at all, nothing really major yet. However, my penis looks much fuller than before.

    And how I last so long during sex is just simple body awareness. I've always done Kegels, but also if I ever masturbate I'll do it in an Edging fashion or Ballooning. The other part is just having alot of sex and having a good knowledge of your PONR. A good trick is if you feel like you're getting to that point stop and switch positions,give you a little time to recover and lasting longer. Biggest thing though is just body awareness and a strong PC muscle.

    As for diet and supplements, I am a very fit individual. Was a multi-athlete in track and field in college and I train at least twice a day now, 5 days a week. I eat clean and eat alot( 6'4,205lbs). I take a multivitamin, ZMA at night, Fish oil, and every now and then I'll take a semen volumizers to give my girl friend a big finish.

    Long term goal is to get to 9 x 6.5.

    Great forum with lots of guides just started with this PEGym and i would be glad if you checked my album. And post a comment what you recommend me to do and if it is big eneough. Because i have a goal to reach 9 inches lenght and girth 6 inches. Cheers

    The way I look at it it's best to try a little bit of everything but do it gradually and see what works.I like pumping. Even though when you first start using it you get instant gains but are very temporary. But if you combine it with PE it could help a lot in my opinion. You've got a good size beginnerforjelq. I think if you got a goal to be 9x6 do it. I myself never had any complaints on my size, However, I really just want a bigger dick. Give girls that wow factor knowing they won't get any better than a 9x7 dick most likely.

    Hey guys, just gonna update what I've been doing. I basically flipped my program on it's head. Seems to workout better.
    Start off with 20 min pump
    Do 62 wet jelqsx3
    Do 42 v-jelqs x 3
    Alternate between the two
    4x 25 sec Compressor squeeze While semi-edging to full erection, holding kegel for the duration of squeeze
    JP 90 Stretches, However, 37 kegels and 15 circle stretch each way
    3x 35 sec upper and lower tunica stretch
    And if time another 20 min pump.

    I'm at 10 weeks now PEing feels great. Haven't measured in a few weeks so I'll try and do that maybe this weekend see how its working. It feels alot better doing the workout this way. Good pump, got big hard erections so it's doing something haha.
