    Hey, everyone. Finally decided to join and start on a beginner's routine. I'm attempting to build self-confidence after a rough period and my size has become something of a bother to me. I realize that it is a part of me and I can accept that. However, if there is a way to improve(and by the look of the members here, there definitely is), I would like to give what it takes to see results. I am looking to progress and improve myself all round and I've decided to get on JP's 90 day routine to start with. My stats are on the smaller side so this makes it seem like a long shot. I'm small flaccid, at about 2 inches average, never really measured flaccid girth. NBPEL is 4 inches with a girth of nearly 4 inches. I don't feel entirely despondent about it... but I wish I were bigger. My goals are 6.5+ NBPEL and 5/5+ girth. This is the first goal I can think of and I'm sure if this is met, newer goals can be considered. I know a lot of members here start out with those kinds of stats or have much higher goals but I'm very sure that my confidence would up considerably if I can see gains like that. Also, my LOT seems to come while pointing straight down. Would that be six 'o' clock? Can someone clear this up for me, please? I realize that this forum is a testament to the fact that gains CAN come to everyone, although at different rates and that it is possible. However, since this has become an issue of self-esteem, it certainly feels like it is a pipe dream(pun intended, lol) and that it may never be possible for me. I'm starting out on what definitely seems to be the smaller side of things to me and I've given myself a year to keep consistent and see if results come through Any words of advice and encouragement are greatly appreciated. That there is a huge network of resources like this dedicated to PE is reassuring and I'm definitely hoping that they come to good use. Thanks, guys. I look forward to PE ahead. Let the gains begin.

    Welcome to the Gym, gainer20. Your goals are a bit of a stretch, but not impossible over an extended period of dedicated and consistent work. I think 1/2 inch in length and girth is realistic within 12 months. I was more than happy with my fist 1/2 inch.

    Forget about the LOT theory, I'm pretty sure its been completely disproved. But yeah, best of luck to you man, be consistent and remember that its a marathon not a sprint, work your way up in the intensity of your exercises and enjoy the forum!

    not2big, the goals I've listed are eventual and they're stats I'd be more than happy to cement. I should've been clearer. Any gains at all are amazing right now.

    Welcome to the Gym! You seem to be reasonably informed based on your introduction. Best advice I can give is be consistent, don't expect overnight gains and stick to JP 90 routine for sufficient time before adapting and changing.
