Hey everyone, just wanted to introduce myself. As of now I'm doing a form of the 90day workout along with some things I've read on the forums, like LAS and some other things. I did jelqs a long time ago, but didn't really know anything about real PE. I am now more knowledgeable and plan to take it slow and steady, learn a good technique and see how it goes. My size of now, I'm content with. I tried measuring myself the other day and it was more difficult than I thought it would be... (keeping 100% while holding the tape measure, etc etc.) but I'll get better. As of now I have a Bone Erect Length of almost 7 (have to remeasure next time to see what I get this time) and a Mid Erect Girth a little under 5.5 with a base girth of 5'
I want to focus on my Base Erect Girth so I can even it all out. I've been doing my research and I've decided that it's best to go with the 90day routine before stressing my unit with the intense girth exercises. I've read A LOT on this forum, and used the search bar to answer my questions. Once I'm finished with the 90 day routine what do you guys suggest for some base girth increase? I am doing LAS (lazy ass stretches) to increase my flaccid hang and girth (also heard it could increase flaccid base girth). But overall I'm not rushing into things, and I'm keeping safe. I plan to stay committed to PE for the rest of my life (hopefully). This is a life long adventure and it's healthy too.

I hear good things about using V-Jelqs to increase base girth, and also, its a no-brainer, but always make sure that your jelq always starts right from the base of your penis.
