    Ken here,

    First off I'd just like to say hello, I'm new to this whole forum thing but I've been told its a great way to get help with some issues that others may have already found a solution to. So, here it goes. I've never had any complaints in the "size" department. No, what i lack is control. I give new meaning to the term, Minute man. I was wondering if anyone had any tips or exercises I could use to improve duration. I've tried tantric meditation, breathing exercises, but nothing seems to work...any and all advice would be appreciated. Im all ears!

    Search for Pre e threads. They will give you ideas and things to do to extend sex time. Doing reverse kegels and learning to control spasm kegels, also dropping porn.

    Pelvic stretching, pelvic thrusts while trying to do a light RK. Qutting porn for a week or two would be good, but you don't need to completely cut it out. In fact it's a great way to learn how excited you get and techniques you can use to lower that arousal.
