    Hello guys and gals!!! My name is Matt Foley, and I live in a van....down by THE RIVER!!! Lol, I'm j/k of course. SNL reference for those of you who have no clue what I'm talking about. Actually I live in western NY. I'm 30, I'm a firefighter and I'm happy with most aspects of my life. I've come this this site and the message boards for months, but have finally decided to do my first post

    I love fitness, wellness, nutrition, working out, self improvement. I'm always trying to better myself. I'm doing the nite carb solution diet to drop 25-30 lbs of body fat. It's an ultra low carb diet, and you carb load one night a week.

    My P.E. goals are 1) The best E.Q. humanly possible. Lol think Pick of Destiny cock pushup...lol well not quite that extreme, but you get the picture. 2) At least 8x6 but with high E.Q. 3) A 5-6 inch flaccid penis with decent girth. 4) My libido is good, but I think watching too much porn over the years has effected me to some degree, so less porn over time, along with a healthy lifestyle and I should be fine there.

    Welcome to the GYM, j/k. You are starting with the right attitude. Check out the stickies in the Beginners forum to get yourself started on the right road. I think you should add getting yourself on one of those erotic firemen's calanders as one of your goals.

While you're at it, keep an eye on your Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth!. They will tell you if you're doing too much, too little, or doin it just right.

        Thank you not2big, for your advice and positive words of encouragement. I have been doing P.E. on and off for, yeesh, the last year or so? I finally began a consistent routine a couple months ago. I wish I had recorded my routine and exact starting measurements from the beginning.

        More than anything so far, my E.Q. has improved a lot. My weight was at an all time high a few years ago, I was deeply depressed, lots of social anxiety, low self esteem and self worth...man it sucked. But things are much better now. During that low period, my E.Q. sucked. Since losing weight, beginning P.E. and many other factors, I finally began hitting in the 7" range again.

        Yea I would love to get in those calendars!!!

          Thank you Toadstool!! Yes I'm a positive guy, not always easy to be, but It's better than the alternative!!! I will definitely check those links out. As I told not2big, I've done P.E. on and off for some time now. Consistent (at least a couple times a week), for the last few months.
