Originally I started and thought 'well I'll give it 6 months and see... if nothing happens no worries' .... so I am just over 1 month into it; not following a routine but doing lots of manual stretches (LIGHT) and hanging (1.5 pounds only) and I can already see and feel a difference both erect and soft.

After a month of medium PE I can honestly say I that one of the best gains was something I was not trying for.... EQ gains. Since it needs to be said: KEGELS. KEGELS. KEGELS.
