Hi. I never though I'd end up on a forum such as this but it is helpful in my current predicament. I got a virus in college, and over time it wore me down, and I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. The pain, fatigue, and lack of sleep, are all a big problem. I was always about normal sized but about 2005 I started having problem holding an erection long enough for sex. Over time, the problem has gotten worse. I have tried Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra, but as someone who already suffers from headaches, these things made me far, far worse, with monster headaches and flushing. I have virtually no sex drive, or drive in any area of my life. I am starting to figure out how to lose a little weight just walking on a treadmill and doing some minor yoga, I think. I haven't had sex with my wife in a year and a half. I need something to give me firmer erections and a little more size/length. I just got the Bathmate Hydroflex and am trying to figure out how to use it....I've never used any of this type of stuff before. Glad to be here!

You can get familiar with all the lingo, safety concerns, and exercises. Most guys start with the JP90 beginner routine that is also listed there. Just stay committed and consistent and you should get what you came for. The amount of time is different for each guy but you should notice a change within a few weeks. You can also integrate your bathmate into the routine. I'm sure some of the guys who have done it will give you some advice. I have never used one myself. Please ask any questions you may have.

Since you already have a Bathmate, you might want to consider slipping on a tight constriction band upon exiting the tube to help maintain your erection. You need to lubricate your shaft to enable it to slip om easily. Depending on the severity of your ED, you can use a flexible silicone ring, a rubber "0" ring, or a tension band such as the Osbon tension band by Erectaid, in order of tightness.

Looking for more. What's your girth routine I've been working at this for over a year and have not gained girth like you have in a short amount of time. I pump jelq and clamp. What's the secret?

Here is what I do currently. I do this every other day after stretching exercises. I recommend starting the Uli's and squeezes at 15 seconds and gradually increase your time. I increased mine about 5 seconds every couple of weeks. I am currently at 45 seconds each time.
50 jelqs,15 second Uli (to start)
50 jelqs,Uli
50 jelqs, Uli
50 jelqs, Uli
50 jelqs, erect squeeze (15 seconds)
50 jelqs, erect squeeze
50 jelqs
I do the stretches and 350 jelqs on the other days. I try and do 5 on 2 off every week.
If it turns out to be too much, you can either drop the times down or even the number of sets. I will warn you that these are a bit much when you start so be prepared to customize it. Girth does seem to be a slow gain for a lot of guys. I was too until I started with this routine. I gained 1/2 inch in about 3-4 months. I haven't been doing it too much for the last 3 months. Been experimenting with pumping but very recently started combining the two. We'll see how it goes.

Welcome to the GYm Brett88! Make sure to read the threads on the links provided, specially the safety stuff you don't want to injure your unit. The JP90 routine helped my husband when he as having ED due to Low T, give it a try. Just make sure to take care of the Mrs in other ways and you should be cool. It worked well for us while we found a cure for him (the cure ended up being PEGym). Good luck!
