    what up dudes ... im 23 and i just started the jp90x and hope to gain significant results, because who doesnt want a big dick, right? ok so basically i researched everything in the forum necessary for gains. my few questions i have starts at edging, because edging requires ejaculation and its basically like masturbating. the thing is I dont masturbate or watch porn because I just dont think masturbating is healthy(my personal decision, dont get mad lmao). so i was wondering if i do everything else in jp 90 except the edging at the end, will that significantly reduce my potential gains? i started the program last night and aready this morning it feels like it had some sort of gains. to describe my penis a little bit (no homo), its one of those i cant push down on when its erect. when my penis is hard i cant bend it downwards, will that somehow relate to bigger gains or less gains, or penis type doesnt matter? overall i was wondering if people can give me help and advice on how to get the maximum newbie gains in the 3 months. whatever i gain through the program, is it permanent? from what i read some people lose their size if they stop jelquing... im not trying to jelq all my life im too lazy, but if i see a program with potential (like i did with jp90) ill definitely milk the shit out of it to the best of my abilities. i also have a question regarding the percent erection while im jelquing, the harder the erecting during jelq the more itll focus on length or girth? or vice versa? im trying to be lengthier per say, so what would i have to do to get the most out of my jelq? thanks dudes jelq on

    Welcome to the gym and bleesing be bestowed upon thee. Ye have many inquries and will require answers but for now let's just keep it simple; stick to the beginners routine, what gains you get you get as everyone gains differently, and when , in the future, you have attained your goal then a low maintence routine is usually needed to cement your gains. As for your "no homo' comment, well we sort of frown about that; you see we all just treat each other as men and a guys sexual preference really is not considered. Besides, who knows, I could be one of 'them"! Nah I'd rather be a 'they" then a "them"!

      LMAO.. thanks man, my apologies for offending anyone it wasnt in my intention . i love everyone the same black white chinese gay tranny... but i really really love lesbians..... anyways thats besides the point .. i just wanted to apologize for coming of as a discriminator haha... i really wanted to get information on the percent erection during jelquing and how erection level factors into girth gains and length gains. do u feel that there is a difference in jelquing under different erection levels? and i also wanted to be assured on the edging issue i have. i dont know how important edging really is in this routine, so if you can honestly give your insight on my inquiries id greatly appreciate it lmao thanks man

        30% erection level for length.
        50% erection level for length and girth.
        80% erection level for girth.

          thanks a lot man. exactly what i was looking for. so as for edging, how important is that in the length and girth increase? is edging necessary for PE?

            Edging isn't necessary for PE. I don't edge. Most of my gains are ligament gains from ONLY hanging, nothing else. The bit of girth I gained is from jelq'ing, edging is best for girth work
            I have no problem being with just one woman, but I can't not eat all the donuts.

            Current: 7.2" x 5.25"
            Next stop: 7.5" x 5.4"

              I edge because well, it's fun! It also gives my penis a nice hard pump! Which I think helps promote gains, when doing a jelq and stretching routine of course. It also helps manage EQ. Ballooning is better than edging

                thanks a lot guys. i hope I get gains this is my 3rd night of JP90. im usually jelquing at almost 0-25% erection level. will that just not give me results whatsoever, or will i still see results this way? I dont know why but i usually jelq when im watching a game cas jelquing is boring, so ill still do everything properly i think each rep takes about 4 seconds and i do techniques right.. its just my erection level is in the lower end. please let me know how this will effect my gains?

                  I would suggest jelqing at 30% erection level if you're really wanting to jelq for length gains. Not to sound harsh, but if you're having a difficult time maintaining that erection level maybe you should kill the TV and focus on what you're actually trying to achieve. Also, watching TV while doing PE might cause you to injure your unit, especially since you're a beginner. Believe me, injuries come easier than you would think they do. Focus on your technique, and listen to your dick if you're really wanting to PE, especially if you're wanting to reach gains.

                    Something I noticed you didn't mention is the kegels. A kegel before each Jelq will add some extra blood to boost your %. They are a very important part of PEing. Happy Tugging!

                      you actually put things into perspective lmao. its a comlete difference maker and my workouts feel good and intense after i started kegeling with each jelq. this helped my concentration and focus also definitely felt a nice dick pump after the workout. i also posted about this earlier, but after tthe few days of jelquing i did surprisingly this morning when i measured my penis it said 6.5" huh? means that i grew .5 " in like 4 nights. its probably "EQ" but whats the real diff between eq and actual gains. is it possible to cement the EQ gains?... i should start a log

                            Getting to 110% erection level is what helped me the most with my girth gains and it feels really good so I'll probably be doing it for life. All the info you need is on these forums, just do some reading.

                            Many say that no ejaculation promotes gains and I agree to a certain extent. I think it's unhealthy to go for weeks without busting.
