    Hey Guys,

    I was amazed when I started looking into PE and found PEGym. After spending hours totally sucked in by the content and the forum support I decided I had to get in on this. You guys seem great!

    I am 23yo from Aus. Starting off with BPEL: 14.5cm (5.6") EG: 15.5cm (5.2"), crazy that I am thicker than long, time to fix that.

    Goals are BPEL: 18cm (7") EG: 16.5cm (6.5"), I don't really need the girth but I guess it will occur anyway. Some flaccid length would be great also, currently at 11cm (4")

    I have previously ordered a stretcher so I am interested in using the stretcher and PJ90 together to see how it works out. Any advice on this idea?

    Personally I would hold off on using devices for a while and just stick with JP90.

    Quality is better than quantity; LESS is more!

    Pay attention to your PI's!!!

    If you do decide to work in any devices, just remember to ease into it slowly and pay attention to your body. Everyone reacts differently and learning how to listen to your body is an important part of PE

    Seeing as you've already ordered the stretcher, when you do deside to use it. Do your workout first, then follow it with the stretcher. I don't use one but have read a lot about them, and it seems that time stretched is better then intensity of the stretch. So to get stretched out with JP90 then hold it there thru the day at lighter tension should help you get more hours in and still have good gains.     Gday Mate welcome to the Gym, just seen the Aussie part and had to drop in to say Gday. Good luck with the PE and listen to what these people say here as they know a thing or to about this stuff and if you follow there advice you will gain trust me.

    Cheers for all the advice guys. I think I will start off on the PJ90 and then after maybe a month slowly introduce the stretcher.
